Earlier this month, EDDIE VAN HALEN and LL COOL J teased some sort of collaboration on Twitter . . . and now, a 90-second clip of it has hit the Internet.

The track is called "We're the Greatest", and it's off LL's upcoming album, "Authentic", which comes out on April 30th.

Not only does it feature Eddie on guitar, but LL also name-checks him in the lyrics.  He raps, quote, "I got Van Halen, I don't need a bass line / I knew we could do it, it was just a matter of time."

Later in the clip, LL adds, quote, "Eddie got Frankenstein aimed at your jaw!"

According to the Internet, Eddie appears on TWO songs on the album . . . however, there aren't any details on the second track yet.  LL's other guests include:  Chuck D, Snoop Dogg, Tom Morello, Brad Paisley and Travis Barker.

That high school kid who made a YouTube video asking KATE UPTON to his prom might get his wish.  He was on the "Today" show yesterday, and Kate called in and told him, quote, "I definitely have to check my schedule, but you seem like so much fun and if everything works out, I'd love to go with you.  I know we'd have a blast."

For men, the zodiac sign with the most cheaters is PISCES.  Aquarius is number two and Cancer is number three.

The men who are LEAST likely to cheat are Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Libra.

For women, the zodiac sign with the most cheaters is GEMINI.  Aries is number two and Virgo is number three.

The women who are least likely to cheat are Libra, Scorpio, and Taurus.
