Pregnant women aren’t the only ones with weird food cravings. One in four people say they often get a hankering for a strange late-night snack! Researchers call this habit “concocting,” which is different from regular snacking in that it involves putting together bizarre (and often embarrassing) food combinations. Some of the odd- and dare we say, gross-sounding- midnight snacks revealed in the study included scrambled eggs topped with sugar and vegetables covered in mayonnaise.
