Talk about a permanent reminder of their love! A Russian tattooist inked his name across his girlfriend’s face less than 24 hours after they first met! Rouslan Toumaniantz and Lesya Toumaniantz first started talking in an online chat room where they said they quickly fell “head over heels in love.” Soon after, they met in Moscow and decided to get engaged. But instead of a ring, Rouslan tattooed his name in big gothic letters on Lesya’s face. “It's a symbol of our eternal devotion,” she said. “I'd like him to tattoo every inch of my body.” Lesya has even taken Rouslan’s last name already, despite not being officially married.
