Here are the two shake recipes to try:

Ultra-skinny cherry-nut shake:

In blender - whip 1 cup frozen dark cherries or berries, 1/2 cup coconut milk beverage (not milk), 1 scoop any flavor rice or pea vegan protein powder, 1 tbs each: walnuts and chia seeds, 1 tsp cinnamon.

Super -slimming basic shake:

In blender whip: 8 to 10 oz water or unsweetened cocnut milk beverage, 1 cup organic frozen berries, 1 - 2 scoops any flavor vegan protein powder and 1 tbs chia seeds or 1 tbs of nut butter.
