Casper is 1 1/2years old...He is approx. 40lbs
This sweet boy needs a special home with a person or family that's willing to provide him with the love and understanding he is starving for. He is a special needs dog but is special in so many ways.
First, he is deaf. He needs to go to a home with someone who is experienced with a deaf dog. He does know some hand signals and is a fast learner.
He also has a condition called cerebellum disease. His symptoms are NOT severe. He runs and plays with other dogs and can walk well on a leash.( Poor balance, a wide-based stance and a stiff or high-stepping gait best describes his condition) He cannot do steep stairs but can do some stairs/steps. He would do best without having that challenge.
He loves to be a part of a family...loves attention and loves balls..
He is crate trained and does well in his crate and is housebroken.
He is NOT destructive....
He loves kisses and just wants to be loved by someone who will overlook his handicaps.
He has so much life to live and so much love to give.
HE LOVES TO PLAY AND WOULD DO WELL AS THE ONLY DOG OR WITH A DOG THAT IS PLAYFUL.
