Sometimes you get a parking ticket and you don't want to blame yourself for it, but realistically it's usually your own fault. This guy has a LEGIT gripe! They painted a bus stop around his car and THEN ticketed it. See the pics HERE.

Millionaires Collecting Unemployment
So here's a statistic you probably weren't aware of, in the year 2010 millionaires recieved 80 million dollars worth of unemployment benefits in the US. Fair is fair, if you lose your position no matter how high paying it was, you can be eligible for the benefits. Read about it HERE.
