Looks like exes Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston may be trying to beat each other to the altar. The Sun claims Pitt and fiancée Angelina Jolie got a wedding license at the end of last month, which means they must marry in 90 days. Meanwhile, Aniston is expected to wed Justin Theroux soon.  As for Brangelina, a source says, “everything points to them getting married in May just after the Cannes Film Festival ends, because they’ve got their hearts set on tying the knot in France.” Meanwhile, sources say Jen is not happy at the thought of Brad and Angie’s wedding happening so close to hers. Said an insider, “Jennifer will see it as an attempt to upstage her and there will be a battle over Hollywood guests. She knows they will be judged on who had the better wedding by pulling in the biggest stars.” On a related note, earlier this week a rep for Aniston denied a report by Perez Hilton that claimed she and Justin were going to marry in Hawaii.

The Iranian government is apparently not a big fan of the Oscar-winning film Argo. Reports claim the government has reached out to a French lawyer to inquire how they may go about filing a lawsuit over Iran’s “unrealistic portrayal” in the film, which depicts the rescue of American citizens during the 1979 Iran hostage crisis. It is unclear exactly who will be the target of the suit. According to the Associated Press, the government decided to explore the idea of litigation after the film was screened Monday for a group of Iranian cultural officials and movie critics.

James Franco is not the best person to have as a neighbor. Folks living near the actor’s Los Angeles home have reportedly been complaining because they say he’s running a production company out of the property and it’s causing major problems in the neighborhood. The website Curbed recently posted an anonymous letter from a couple who complain about the constant goings on at the pad, which they claim Franco doesn’t even live in.  Said the duo, “Crowds of people constantly stream in and out of the house and have business meetings in front of OUR house and treat us as if we are eavesdropping sycophants when we walk out our gate to our car.” While the couple claim to be Franco fans, they add, “We’re not so enamored of his presence that we are willing to give up our sanity in our own home.”

Judge Judy is being sued by a woman who claims the TV personality helped her ex cheat her out of money. According to TMZ, one of Judy’s producers Randy Douthit sold his china set to Judy for $50,000. The problem is Randy and his wife Patric Jones are going through a nasty divorce, and she says he sold it for much less than it’s worth just to get back at her. Patric claims the tableware is worth over $500,000 and that Randy sold the china without her consent. Patric is suing for the actual price of the china, as well as punitive damages. Judge Judy tells TMZ, “I have not seen any complaint by the former Mrs. Douthit, however, I don't owe this lady a cent. And if this 50-year-old woman would spend her time more productively at trying to find a job, instead of abusing the judicial system with frivolous lawsuits, we would all be a lot better off."
