Sixties singing legend Chubby Checker is suing Hewelett-Packard and Palm for an app that is designed to estimate a how well endowed a man is based on their shoe size. The app is appropriately named the Chubby Checker, which the original Chubby calls a copyright infringement. I’d keep a close eye on this story as it develops, because there’s sure to be a twist.
