Aerosmith front man Steven Tyler is on his way to Hawaii to testify as part of State proposed bill that will limit the public’s ability to take photos and videos of celebrities. The bill is aimed at curtailing the trend of snapping pictures of famous people caught in scandalous situations, especially in Hawaii where it’s not hard to catch some one getting lay-ed.
