The skeletal remains found beneath a parking lot in England have been confirmed as belonging to the noble Richard the III, who reigned over the country more than 500 years ago. The owner of the car lot is unhappy the scientists tore up his pavement to exhume the body. He wants them to pay a king's ransom for repairs, which actually seems like a pretty fair price.  Read the story HERE
