The Warner Bros Company has scored a big win in court and now controls a 50 percent stake in the highly profitable superhero franchise Superman. Warner Bros will split ownership with the comic books creator and his family. Of course, this leaves out Superman's actual family members, who were killed when their planet blew up many years ago.
