The government has taken some criticism for the way it has managed the emergency response to hurricane Sandy, with perhaps the worse coming from some FEMA workers who have told reporters they had no orders in the immediate aftermath of the storm and in some cases were told to sight see-- which is easy since most of the sights were floating by in the Atlantic Ocean.
