The New York homeless man who was photographed receiving a pair of shoes from an NYPD officer, may not actually be homeless, after all. According to sources the man has a brother who would willingly welcome him in, but he refuses to stay there. I'm not sure why you'd want to be homeless, but, I will point out, 80% of accidents do happen in the home, so there is that. Read the full story HERE
