There are new developments in the case of  Lindsay Lohan's nightclub brawl that resulted in Lilo being arrested, yet again. It turns out the victim was a well known 28 year old psychic, who told police she wouldn't have argued with Lohan if she knew it would lead to a fight-- I guess she's not a very good psychic.
