Congratulations on winning! We are sure you are excited about your prize here are a few things you need to know if you are a prize winner:

Prize Pick- Up hours:
Monday through Friday 9am – 5:00pm


(We are not open weekends and most holidays, we need a break too…. If you have questions about business hours please call the main office at 860-723-6000)
Please arrive 15 mins prior to office closing time to allow for paperwork and winner verification.

On-air winners will be notified by our promotions department if prizes are in (if they were not in at the time they were won). If you have questions about prizes please email here and someone from the station will get back to you:

You have 30 days to claim your prize.

You must bring a valid photo I.D. with you when you claim your prize. **if under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must accompany you to pick up your prize**

Someone else may pick up your prize for you only if they have the following with them at the time of pick up:
1. a copy of your license
2. a note from you stating that you are sending the person in your place.
