PARIS WAS HAVING PROBLEMS FOR NEARLY A YEAR

The public may have been shocked by Paris Jackson’s suicide attempt last week, but sources tell TMZ the 15-year-old had been troubled for nearly a year. Insiders tell the site that officials at Paris’ school, Buckley School in the San Fernando Valley, were well aware Paris was struggling with “major family trauma” as far back as September. Some sources think her problems began following her family’s “kidnapping” of matriarch Katherine Jackson last summer as part of a money grab. Officials say when Paris returned in the fall her grades started dropping and “she stopped caring.” They also believe part of the problem stemmed from a movie offer she received, that some family members tried to block. At that point, they say “Paris broke down.”

LYTHGOE CONFIRMS IDOL FIRING

Producer Nigel Lythgoe confirmed over the weekend that he has been fired from Fox’s American Idol. “Just had 10 days in the Bahamas, rain everyday. I get back to the States and get fired. Sad!" the 63-year-old tweeted. "It's not a personal thing they just feel IDOL needs new leadership after 12 Seasons." He then added a quote by Taoist philosopher Lao Tzu, writing, "The best of leaders when the job is done, when the task is accomplished, people will say we have done it ourselves."

COWELL EGGED DURING BRITAIN’S GOT TALENT FINALE

Simon Cowell and his fellow Britain’s Got Talent judges got egged during the live finale of the reality series this weekend. During a performance by brothers Richard and Adam Johnson, a disgruntled musician named Natalie Holt ran between them and pelted the judges before security finally pushed her off the stage. Holt had previously appeared on the show with her string band, and eventually apologized for the incident, saying it as a “silly thing to do.” But she later told The Telegraph, “I basically took a stand against people miming on television and against Simon and his dreadful influence on the music industry."

ACTRESS ARRESTED FOR RICIN-LACED LETTERS SENT TO PRESIDENT

 Shannon Richardson, an actress who had bit parts on The Walking Dead and The Vampire Diaries, was arrested Friday for sending ricin-laced letters to President Barack Obama, NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg and the director of Bloomberg’s anti-gun group. Richardson actually had called the FBI on her husband, Army vet Nathanial Richardson, accusing him of sending the letters, but the FBI eventually determined that she was the one responsible. Richardson, a mother of five, was charged with mailing a threatening communication to the president, which carries a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.

NAOMI OUT TO RUIN MODEL DATING HER EX

Hell hath no fury like a supermodel scorned. Last week it was reported that The Face model Luo Zilin was dropped from her management company after it came out she was in a relationship with Naomi Campbell’s ex beau Vladimir Doronin. Naomi actually mentored Luo on The Face, where the Chinese model was the last woman standing on Naomi’s team. Well, Naomi is so furious about Luo’s relationship with the Russian billionaire that she’s taking it upon herself to get Luo fired by her Chinese modeling agency. “Naomi has been calling colleagues in the industry to try and stop Luo’s career,” a source tells the New York Post. “She is trying to take this woman out for no reason other than dating her ex-boyfriend.” Photos of Vlad and the Chinese model frolicking at his villa in Ibiza hit the press last week, and Vlad thinks Naomi may have been behind it. Said a source, “Only a few people know the location of that villa. It’s hard to find and he suspects she told the paparazzi.” But other sources insist Naomi is not concerning herself with Luo, and had nothing to do with her getting fired from her management company.

THE REAL ERIN BROCKOVICH ARRESTED FOR DRIVING HER BOAT DRUNK

Erin Brockovich, who was portrayed by Julia Roberts in the Oscar-winning movie of her life, was busted Friday in Las Vegas for operating a boat under the influence. Brockovich was caught by a warden of the Nevada Department of Wildlife, who witnessed the 52-year-old struggling to dock her boat at Lake Mead. When the warden tried to help, he noticed she “exhibited several signs of an intoxicated boater” and arrested her. She was given a breathalyzer and blew a .08, which was almost twice the legal limit.

Actress Lindsay Price and Top Chef Masters host Curtis Stone tied the knot Saturday in Mallorca, Spain. The ceremony was held at the Hilton Sa Torre Mallorca Resort, where guests included Price’s Beverly Hills 90210 co-star Tiffani Thiessen and her husband Brady Smith. Price, 36, and Stone, 37, got engaged in July 2012 after three years of dating. They welcomed a son, Hudson, in November 2012.

Although his marriage to Katy Perry didn’t work out, Russell Brand tells Esquire he “loved” being married, calling his ex a “lovely person.” But Russell isn’t wallowing in heartbreak. According to The Mail, the 38-year-old comedian is currently dating 23-year-old Alessandra Balazs, daughter of hotelier Andre Balazs, who is the boyfriend of talk show host Chelsea Handler. Brad Pitt sure is taking a hands-on approach to promoting his new flick World War Z. The actor made surprise appearances at four screenings in four different cities on Thursday. First he went to Atlanta, followed by Philadelphia and then to Chicago where he told the crowd, “I hope everyone has done their business and gotten their snacks because once this thing starts, it does not let up." And Brad didn’t let up either. He then traveled to Austin, Texas for his final screening of the day. World War Z opens in theaters June 21^st.

LINDSAY FINALLY PAYS LAWYER

Lindsay Lohan is no longer a deadbeat client. According to TMZ, Lindsay has finally paid off the $150,000 she owed to lawyer Shawn Holley. Lindsay fired Shawn back in January, but still had an outstanding bill. When Lindsay tried to hire her back last month, Shawn would only return if she was assured the bill would be paid off. The site reports Lindsay made good on her promise, and is already putting aside money for her future bills.

JONAH HILL SURE IS SERIOUS

Sounds like Jonah Hill has lost his sense of humor. The entire cast of the upcoming movie This Is The End, including Hill, Seth Rogen, James Franco and Danny McBride, were interviewed for Rolling Stone, and while some of the cast were willing to talk about things like farts and masturbation, Hill wasn’t one of them. In fact, Hill seemed to have a problem with most of the questions. When asked about working out, he snipped, “My workout routine is of little relevance.” When the subject of farts came up, something Rogen gladly talked about, Hill got angry. "I'm not answering that dumb question! I'm not that kind of person!,” he said. “Being in a funny movie doesn't make me have to answer dumb questions. It has nothing to do with who I am." �œ Supernatural star Jensen Ackles and his wife Danneel Harris welcomed a baby daughter, Justice Jay Ackles, on May 30^th. Harris tweeted Thursday the baby, who they’re calling JJ, was born “happy and healthy.” It is the first child for the couple, who married in May, 2010.

�œ Tamar Braxton and husband Vincent Herbert welcomed a baby boy on June 6^th. “He’s here,” Tamar posted on Twitter, along with a picture of three blue teddy bears surrounded by sunflowers and balloons. So far a name for the boy has not been released. This is the first child for the couple, who married in 2008.

�œ Josh and Anna Duggar are parents again. The couple welcomed their third child, son Marcus Anthony, on June 2^nd. The baby joins big sister Mackynzie, 3 ½ and brother Michael, 2. NICK AT NITE STAR ARRESTED

Nick at Nite star Cody Longo, who stars in the show Hollywood Heights, was arrested in Hollywood last week for DUI. According to TMZ, cops noticed the 25-year-old driving erratically at around 2:30 am Thursday, following too close to cars and flashing his high beams at them. When cops pulled Longo over he smelled of booze, and they gave him a field sobriety test which he failed. He reportedly blew a .20 on the breathalyzer, which is more than twice the legal limit. Longo was taken to a nearby police station and booked. He was later released on $15,000 bail.

�œ Denzel Washington is in talks to star in Shovel Ready, set in the near future where people use virtual reality to escape the outside world. He’ll play a hired killer sent to assassinate a powerful evangelist’s daughter, only to become her protector.

�œ Two Veronica Mars alumni are returning for the upcoming movie. Creator/director Rob Thomas announced over the weekend that Percy Daggs III, who played Veronica’s (Kristen Bell) best buddy Wallace Fennel, is on board for the flick, as is Chris Lowell, who played Veronica’s one-time beau Stosh “Piz” Piznarski. Filming on the project is set to begin this summer with a premiere set for sometime in 2014.

Police in California say they do not believe Paris Jackson intended to commit suicide when she cut herself on Wednesday. Sources tell TMZ it seems obvious the 15-year-old “wanted attention,” claiming that since she called a suicide hotline it seems likely “she wanted to be saved.” “It makes no sense if you really want to die to call a hotline where the person on the other end will get an ambulance over to your house,” says a source.   Speculation is that Paris was distraught about testifying in the Michael Jackson wrongful death trial against concert promoter AEG. Sources tell Us Weekly Paris had been battling a “major depression,” caused by “major fights” she had been having with her brother Prince. Apparently Prince was not happy that Paris had developed a relationship with their mother Debbie Rowe. Meanwhile,  16-year-old  Prince cancelled a TV appearance yesterday in the wake of his sister’s condition. Prince was supposed to appear on the German TV show Wetten, Dass…? (Wanna Bet?) but pulled out after Paris was hospitalized.

CONRAD MURRAY LEAVES MESSAGE FOR PARIS

Talk about creepy…Dr. Conrad Murray, the man in jail for causing the death of Michael Jackson, called Paris Jackson yesterday. TMZ reports Murray used a pay phone in the prison and left a message for the teen, telling her “I don’t know what you’re going through, but whatever it is I’m sure it must be difficult,” adding, “I don’t know if there’s anything to do to solve your pain. I’m here for you.”

KIM SAYS PAPS THREATENED HER LIFE

Kim Kardashian is once again having trouble with the paparazzi. On Thursday she took to Twitter ranting about how photographers “threatened” her life because she wouldn’t let them take a photo. “I wouldn’t let the paps get a pic of me today & they threatened my life & said if I continue to block shots then they will make my world dangerous to live in!,” she wrote. “How dare they threaten my life & my unborn child! This has gotten way out of control!” She added that on Wednesday, “4 cars boxed me in” on the road. She then begged, “Let me enjoy this last month of pregnancy please without threats & being scared to leave my home due to what dangerous thing they just threatened to do to me.” Finally, she wrote, “I get I live a public life… [but] I’m 32 yrs old now, about to be a mom. MAN TRIES TO COMMIT SUICIDE OUTSIDE TODAY

A crazed man tried to commit suicide outside the Today show yesterday morning. According to police, at about 7:50 am, a man, who appeared to be in his 50s, tried to cut himself in Rockefeller Plaza. When the show came back from a break at 8 am, Matt Lauer explained the situation to viewers, saying, “There was an incident out on the plaza. A man tried to harm himself with a knife. He did manage to cut himself. He was controlled by our security team out there...He's being treated by medical personnel." The show then stayed inside while security and law enforcement handled the situation.

BIEBER & MANAGER HEADING TO SPACE

Justin Bieber is going to space (we can only hope he stays there). Virgin Galactic boss Richard Branson tweeted Wednesday that the teen pop star and his manager Scooter Braun have signed up to travel on his space airline. "Great to hear @justinbieber & @scooterbraun are latest @virgingalactic future astronauts. Congrats, see you up there!" he tweeted. Justin later re-tweeted the announcement, and Braun added, “I’m going to space momma.” Justin and Scooter are shelling out a pretty penny for their space trip. It reportedly costs $250,000 a seat.

BIEBER PAPARAZZI RUN IN CAUGHT ON TAPE

Justin Bieber was caught on tape tussling with a photographer in Miami Wednesday, the first of two incidents involving Biebs and paparazzi. The first incident occurred at around 4 am outside The Hit Factory recording studio. On the tape, Justin is heard screaming at his bodyguards, “Grab that camera!!! Get that f***ing camera out of here!!!" The photographer pleads to keep his equipment, and then Justin gives in, saying, “Alright, alright. I'm gonna give you your camera back. I'm gonna take your SIM card though." The photographer then begs to keep the memory card but Justin won’t budge. Meanwhile, police are investigating a second incident that took place later that day, in which Bieber’s security guards allegedly choked a photographer and tried to take his camera equipment.

KYLE RICHARDS’ HUBBY CHEATED WITH TRANSGENDERED PROSTITUTE

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards apparently has a cheating husband. Rumors began circulating last month that Mauricio Umansky had been unfaithful to his wife of 17 years, and now Star magazine claims he’s enjoyed a threesome with a transgendered former prostitute and her female partner. Toni Newman, known as Mistress Terri, claims to have had a romp with 42-year-old Mauricio after her partner Mistress Carmen picked him up at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. ABC announced yesterday that Bristol Palin will appear on the summer premiere episode of Celebrity Wife Swap, where she and her sister Willow will swap lives with….Joan and Melissa Rivers. The Palin girls will stay at Rivers’ Los Angeles home, where they’ll deal with the Fashion Police host’s very structured on-camera life. The Rivers clan will spend the week in Wasilla, Alaska, where they’ll deal meet Bristol’s undisciplined four-year-old son Tripp. The episode will air Sunday, June 23^rd.

MOUNTAIN MAN SHOCKED BY DUCK DYNASTY SUCCESS

Duck Dynasty is a surefire hit for A&E, and no one is more surprised than its stars. In fact Tim Guraedy, a.k.a. Mountain Man, says he and Duck Dynasty CEO Willie Robertson are just amazed by its success. “We had no idea it was gonna take off like this” he says. “Me and Willie, we was sitting around in his office one day and Willie says, ‘Mountain Man when you was roaming those hills in Tennessee did you ever think all this would happen, TV and interviews and all that?’ and I said ‘no Willie, not in a million years.’ I said ‘did you?,’ and he said ‘no.’ We had no idea it was gonna take off like this at all.” As for why it’s such a hit, Tim says, “I think being a godly show, we have our prayers and there’s no cursing on the show, no suggestive material I think that’s what really magnified the show. Nicole Richie called out a photographer on Wednesday who disregarded his own child in order to snap a photo of her. The Fashion Star judge posted photos of the incident on Instagram, claiming the paparazzo “dragged his poor, sweet little girl on my plane from NYC to LA,” and then, “as he ran her off the plane, he dropped her ON THE FLOOR of LAX as she laid there, crying her eyes out…Just to get his shot.”

Actress and swimming champion Esther Williams, who starred in several MGM aqua musicals of the 1940s, died in her sleep Thursday. She was 91. Williams’ movie career included such flicks as Bathing Beauty, Neptune’s Daughter and Million Dollar Mermaid, all of which featured elaborate musical numbers with synchronized swimming and diving. Williams was married four times. Her third husband was actor/director Fernando Lamas, who she was with for 13 years until his death in 1982.

PAMELA ANDERSON AD BANNED IN UK

A British ad featuring Pamela Anderson has been banned in the UK because it was deemed degrading to women. The Advertising Standards Authority received four complaints about the commercial for Crazydomains.com.au, which was later ruled to be “sexiest and likely to cause serious offense to some viewers.” The clip features the former Baywatch star as a company boss heading a meeting. Thirteen seconds into the clip, one of her male colleagues begins to daydream about her with two other women, dancing in gold bikinis while cream is poured all over them.

�� Carey Mulligan is reportedly the frontrunner to play Hillary Rodham Clinton in the upcoming movie Rodham. The UK actress is said to be the top choice to play Clinton during the formative years of her career in public service.

�� Lindsay Lohan’s movie The Canyons has a release date. The flick, co-starring porn star James Deen, will be released in New York August 2^nd, and then expand to more markets on August 9^th. It will also be released at the same time on digital platforms, including video on demand.

�� James Franco, Rachel McAdams, Paul Giamatti, Jeff Bridges, Marion Cotillard and Benicio Del Toro will voice characters in a big screen take on the classic French novella The Little Prince. �� Bravo announced that season five of Top Chef Masters will premiere July 24^th at 10 pm. For the first time ever, a former contestant from the regular Top Chef will be competing as a Master - Bryan Voltaggio, who lost season six to his brother Michael. MICHAEL JACKSON’S DAUGHTER HOSPITALIZED AFTER SUICIDE ATTEMPT

Michael Jackson’s daughter Paris Jackson was rushed to the hospital yesterday morning after an apparent suicide attempt. TMZ reports that a 911 call was made at 1:27 am reporting a possible overdose, and Paris was taken from her Calabasas home on a stretcher at around 2 am. A source tells the site she had multiple cuts on one of her arms, but is reportedly doing okay.   According to sources, Paris left a suicide note and then cut her arm with a meat cleaver. She reportedly called a suicide hotline, and it was the person on the other end that contacted 911. As for the overdose, TMZ says she took a large number of Motrin pills. On Tuesday, the 15-year-old posted the cryptic tweets, "I wonder why tears are salty?" and the lyric from the Beatles tune “Yesterday,” "yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away now it looks as though they're here to stay." An insider close to Paris tells TMZ, she has “tried this [a possible suicide attempt] in the past" but "this was far more serious. It was not a cry for help." Another source tells TMZ Paris “threw a fit” Tuesday night when she was not allowed to attend a Marilyn Manson concert. Paris’ mom Debbie Rowe told Entertainment Tonight that the teen had “a lot going on,” but wouldn’t elaborate. The attorney for her grandmother Katherine Jackson said, "Paris is physically fine and is getting appropriate medical attention,” adding, “being a sensitive 15 year old is difficult no matter who you are. It is especially difficult when you lose the person closest to you."

WHITNEY’S DAUGHTER LEAVES NASTY NOTE TO NEIGHBOR AFTER EVICTION

Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina was evicted from her Atlanta apartment and was obviously not happy about it. She left a note for neighbor Joshua Morse, who said he filed at least 10 noise complaints against the 20-year-old. The note read, “Thanks, You are sh*t at the bottom of our shoe. Thank You for making a hard year harder. You are a miserable couple and always will be. You were honored to have us living above you and you couldn't stand such a young beautiful couple far more successful than you ever will be. I pray your misery doesn't rub off on your innocent little baby." Morse later filed a police report in connection with the letter. Cops say he wanted the incident documented “due to ongoing issues he’s been having with” Bobbi Kristina and her boyfriend Nick Gordon.

PREGNANT JENNIFER LOVE HEWITT ALSO ENGAGED

Jennifer Love Hewitt has even more reasons to celebrate. On Tuesday it was announced that she was expecting her first child with boyfriend Brian Hallisay, but now comes word that Hallisay is more than just her beau. Us Weekly reports the couple is actually engaged. Hallisay popped the question in late May, while they were vacationing in Europe. The two actors previously starred together in the short-lived series Love Bites, before reconnecting on their Lifetime series The Client List. They’ve been dating for approximately 15 months.

ZOLCIAK EXPECTING BABY NUMBER FIVE?

Kim Zolciak is one fertile woman. Several sites are reporting that the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star is pregnant with her fifth child. She and husband Kroy Biermann are already parents to two sons, Kash Kade, born in August, and Kroy Jagger, who is two. Kim also has two daughters from previous relationships, Brielle, 16 and Ariana, 11. So far there has been no confirmation from the couple.

REAL HOUSEWIVES’ KENYA MOORE FACES EVICTION

In other Real Housewives of Atlanta news….Radaronline is reporting that Kenya Moore may soon be evicted from her Georgia mansion. According to the site, the 42-year-old is being sued because she fell $848 short of her $3,999 a month rental payment.   In documents filed in Fulton County, GA, the landlord says Moore also defaulted on terms and conditions of her lease. In addition to the rent for June, the owner is asking her to pay $2,500 in eviction fees and damages. And it sounds like her neighbors will be glad to see her go. Sources say she is “the neighbor from hell,” with people constantly complaining about her lifestyle.

VONN FORCED TO TAKE DRUG TEST DURING AWARDS GALA

Talk about a party pooper. Skier Lindsey Vonn was forced to take a drug test during Monday night’s Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards in New York City. According to the New York Post, Tiger Woods’ girlfriend attended the event with Cynthia Rowley, wearing a custom-made gown by the fashion designer. At some point during the ceremony the Olympic gold medalist got a call on her cellphone from the International Olympic Committee telling her drug testers were outside and needed access to the event in order to administer a test. Rowley met the reps, brought them to the bathroom, and then stood guard while Lindsey peed in a cup. The sample was tested on the spot, and Lindsey passed, with the IOC staff then telling her to “have fun.”

TRAVOLTA CRASHES WEDDING

John Travolta surprised a Georgia couple by showing up to pose for pictures with them on their wedding day. According to Reddit, the 59-year-old actor was in town getting his pilot’s license renewed when he met the wedding party at a bar the evening before the big day. The actor posed for pictures with the group that night, but then turned up again the next day to take photos with them and the wedding party. The Pulp Fiction star was wearing a black t-shirt, hat and jeans, as he smiled for the camera alongside the newlyweds, as well as 10 bridesmaids and groomsmen.

TISDALE GETS RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST STALKER

High School Musical’s Ashley Tisdale was in court yesterday to personally request a restraining order against her stalker. Nicholas Fiore, who is currently being held in jail for felony stalking, has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Tisdale and her boyfriend for the next three years. He allegedly threatened the actress, bombarding her with more than 18,000 tweets. He has also come to her house several times.

JOE FRANCIS TRYING TO STOP SEX TAPE RELEASE

TMZ reports that someone is shopping footage of a hardcore sex tape featuring Girls Gone Wild’s Joe Francis and his girlfriend Abbey Wilson. Francis claims the video was taken from Abbey’s iPad, which was stolen from her bag at LAX.  His lawyer has vowed to take the necessary steps to find out who is trying to sell the video and stop them. He has already contacted authorities regarding the matter.

CHARLIE WANTS DENISE TO GET PERMANENT CUSTODY OF HIS SONS

Charlie Sheen reportedly wants his two sons with ex-wife Brooke Mueller to stay with his other ex-wife Denise Richards. Denise has temporary guardianship of 4-year-olds Bob and Max while Brooke is in rehab. The kids were placed with Denise after child protective services went to court and asked the judge to remove them from Brooke’s care. According to Radaronline, a hearing is set to take place in the next few weeks, and both Charlie and Denise plan to be there, with Charlie expected to make a case for the children to be permanently placed in Denise’s home. Said a source, “His reason is a very simple one: Brooke’s drug addiction precludes her from taking care of the boys.” Brooke is currently in rehab for the 20^th time, but Charlie doesn’t expect anything will change. Said a source, “She hasn’t managed to stay sober the nineteen times prior. Charlie doesn’t wish Brooke any ill will, in fact, but this isn’t about her anymore, it’s about what is best for Bob and Max.”

DINA LOHAN STIFFED CHARITY

Dina Lohan is being accused of cheating a charity. According to TMZ, Dina and her brother attended a Ferrari charity event last year at the Andrra Waterside Restaurant in East Hampton, and ran up a $2,500 bar tab. In addition, she pledged $1,500 to The Clamshell Foundation, which funds charities that help underprivileged kids. Well, Edmond Chakmakian, the lawyer for the restaurant, claims Dina left the party without shelling out a penny, and he’s gotten no response to his multiple emails demanding payment. The lawyer is reportedly set to file a lawsuit Monday.

TAYLOR BEING PHASED OUT OF HOUSEWIVES

Looks like viewers won’t be seeing much of Taylor Armstrong in the next season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Radaronline reports that even though Taylor signed a contract, she is barely being filmed for the show. Insiders say she is being phased out of the Bravo hit and isn’t happy about it. In fact, she’s reportedly been calling her fellow cast mates trying to get them to force producers to shoot more footage of her. Insiders say producers aren’t so keen on using Taylor much because they “find her boring.” In addition, she’s been spending a lot of time with her boyfriend in Vail, and hasn’t been in Southern California to shoot.

MAD MEN STAR ENGAGED

Former Mad Men star Jared Harris has gotten engaged to his longtime girlfriend Allegra Riggio. Us Weekly reports that the 51-year-old Harris popped the question Sunday with a heart-shaped diamond in a rose gold setting. The couple has been dating for a little more than three years.

�� Comedy Central announced yesterday that Paul McCartney will be a guest on the June 12^th episode of The Colbert Report. In honor of the special guest, the show will be expanded to one-hour, and will feature an interview, as well as performances by the legendary rocker. McCartney was previously on Colbert January 28^th, 2009, but this will be the first time he’s performed on the show.

�� Jerry O’Connell will guest star on an upcoming episode of his wife Rebecca Romijn’s new TNT show King & Maxwell, which premieres Monday. He’ll play a low-rent DC private investigator, who isn’t very good at his job. The episode will air in mid-July.

�� BBC America released the first picture from their upcoming Elizabeth Taylor/Richard Burton flick, Burton and Taylor. The film, which stars Helena Bonham Carter as Taylor and Dominic West as Burton, traces the divorced couple’s onstage reunion in the 1983 Broadway revival of Noel Coward’s Private Lives. An airdate for the movie has yet to be announced.

�� Beauty and the Beast’s Bridget Regan has lined up a nine-episode arc on USA Network’s White Collar. She’ll play a rare book scholar, and new love interest for Matt Bomer’s character Neal.

�� Justin Chatwin is leaving Showtime’s Shameless. A rep for the program confirmed that Chatwin, who played the love interest to Emmy Rossum’s Fiona, will no longer be a series regular, but may turn up for one or two episodes in season four.

�� The CW announced yesterday that the new season of America’s Next Top Model will premiere August 2^nd, and will feature men as competitors for the very first time.

�� Showtime announced yesterday that the current third season of The Borgias will be the show’s last.

�� Kristen Stewart has signed on for two new indie flicks. The first, Camp X-Ray, will have her playing a female soldier, stationed at Guantanamo Bay, who develops an unlikely bond with one of the prisoners. The second, Sils Maria, stars Juliette Binoche as an aging actress, with Stewart playing the supporting role of her assistant.

�� Keira Knightley is in negotiations to star alongside Star Trek’s Benedict Cumberbatch in the indie drama The Imitation Game.   The film centers around a UK mathematician and cryptographer who helped crack the German enigma code during the final years of World War II. Knightley will play a woman who forms a complicated relationship with the mathematician.

�� Bobby Cannavale will star in HBO’s untitled drama pilot set in the world of rock ‘n’ roll. The period drama, set in New York City in 1977, follows the exploits of a cocaine-fueled record executive. Cannavale, who had a season-long arc on HBO’s Boardwalk Empire, will play Richie Finestra, a charismatic New Yorker who is head of A&R at a record label.

In fact, in a new interview, The Chanel designer says that Choupette, which translates to Herbie, is like a “kept woman” and he’d even marry the feline if he was allowed to. Saying he pampers Choupette is an understatement. The one-year-old cat has two personal maids that take care of her 24 hours a day, and write down everything she does so Karl can keep tabs on his pet. She eats specially-prepared meals at the table with Lagerfeld twice a day, has her own pillow, her own iPad, and even has a Twitter feed with over 27,000 followers. Her biography on the site reads, “I'm a famous beauty who refuses to eat on the floor & my maids pamper my every need. I am Choupette Lagerfeld and I am a spoiled pussy.”
