Lindsay Lohan’s former assistant has turned against her. Radaronline reports that Gavin Doyle has been cooperating with prosecutors and is expected to be a key witness at her upcoming trial. Lindsay has been charged with lying to cops in connection with her California car accident last year. She reportedly told officers she wasn’t driving the car at the time of the accident, but Gavin, who was a passenger in the vehicle, “will testify that Lindsay was driving the car that day.” “Lindsay will likely be stunned at Gavin’s willingness to cooperate with the case against her,” said the insider. “Gavin just wants Lindsay to get her life together. If Lindsay doesn’t reach a plea deal in the case, Gavin will testify against her, and he won’t be forced to do it.”

Meanwhile, Lindsay Lohan didn’t care for Charlie Sheen’s comments over the weekend about wanting to be her mentor. Sources tell TMZ that while Lindsay appreciates what Charlie has already done for her, she would never take him up on that offer. The insider adds that Lindsay knows her life is “out of control,” but doesn’t believe in the idea of “it takes one to know one.”

LaToya Jackson is ready to make some money off her dead brother’s children. According to the New York Post, LaToya, who is currently appearing on All-Star Celebrity Apprentice, has signed Michael Jackson’s three children, Prince, 16, Paris, 15, and ten-year-old Blanket, to her new talent agency and is acting as their manager, which means she’ll get 15% of whatever they earn. (They are her only clients.) Although her brother was fiercely private about his kids, LaToya is hoping to exploit them, and is already shopping a reality show featuring the trio, with Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network interested to the tune of $10 million. Prince seems to be the first to land a career in showbiz. He’s already worked as a correspondent for Entertainment Tonight, and will appear on an upcoming episode of 90210. Paris is expected to shoot her first film later this year. LaToya has denied all the allegations. "La Toya nor her company represent any of MJ’s children in any legal capacity nor has she received any commissions or payment as a result of their individual ventures,” read a statement from her publicist. “Furthermore, there is no shopping of a reality show for the children... LaToya is currently consulting with her attorneys on how to proceed against these false and derogatory statements made by The NY Post and other participating publications.”

Sounds like Bradley Cooper isn’t upset he lost the Oscar to Daniel Day Lewis. In a new interview with British GQ, the Silver Linings Playbook star says it doesn’t matter to him whether or not he ever receives the honor. “I don’t want to win an Oscar. It would change nothing. Nothing,” he says. “The things in my life that aren’t fulfilled would not be fulfilled. Career-wise, right now, it’s better that I don’t win one. I don’t want to win. I don’t.” Cooper says that watching his dad die in 2011 made him realize he shouldn’t worry about such trivial things. “I watched him dying and I was there by his bed watching him, breathing with him, and then I saw his last breath and he was gone,” he said. “I experienced the whole thing. And that was a watershed moment that I was privileged to experience. And it changed everything. Nothing has ever been the same since.” He adds, “You know William Blake’s ‘Songs Of Innocence’? Well, right there, in that moment, the innocence was gone. Done. Never to return. The beauty is that I just don’t sweat sh*t anymore.”

As expected, Barbara Walters returned to The View yesterday. “After a lot of scratching and rest, I am fine and I am healthy,” said the 83-year-old, who lifted her bangs to show the audience a chicken pox bump and a tiny scar from her fall, for which she was hospitalized back in January.   Barbara said she had chicken pox at the time of her hospitalization, which she didn’t realize, and likely got it from hugging an actor, “who shall be nameless,” she said. Turns out, the actor had shingles. "If you have never had chickenpox" — and Walters never had — "you can get it from someone with shingles," she explained. Walters said she spent her time off resting and watching The View, adding, “I was able to scream and yell at you on the screen every day.” [See About Last Night Afternoon for audio.]

According to the papers, while Fraser makes over $205,000 a month, he spends over $112,000 a month on professional expenses, like managers and agents, which leaves him about $93,000. In addition, his other expenses, like alimony, mortgages, child support and staffing, cost another $87,000.
