Coming in at number two is Sarah Jessica Parker, followed by Lindsay Lohan, Denise Richards and Kristen Dunst. Rounding out the Top Ten are: Mischa Barton, Hilary Swank, Lucy Liu, Tilda Swinton and Uma Thurman.

As expected, Robin Roberts returned to Good Morning America yesterday, six months after she took a hiatus to fight a life-threatening illness. “I have been waiting 174 days to say this: 'Good Morning America,'" said Roberts. Her first show included pre-taped welcome back messages from several big names including Hillary Clinton, Oprah Winfrey and President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama. “Good Morning America and welcome back Robin," said the President, with Michelle adding, "Robin, we just want you to know that the whole Obama family, we've been thinking about you and praying for you and rooting for you every step of the way." Miley Cyrus wants her fans to know she is not on Instagram. On Tuesday, someone posted a picture to the account mileyxxcyrus of an unidentified person smoking a blunt with the caption, “High as f**k.” Several media outlets reported that it was Miley in the pic but she took to Twitter to deny it, insisting, “I don’t have an Instagram.” Some people still aren’t convinced, especially since it appears that the girl in the picture has the same equal sign tattoo on her finger that Miley has.

SCARLETT NOT ENGAGED

Scarlett Johansson’s rep is shooting down speculation that the actress is engaged to boyfriend Romain Dauriac. The stories began after the Avengers star was spotted in New York Monday wearing what appeared to be a diamond engagement ring. But there’s no need to run out and buy wedding presents, because the actress’ rep insists, “Scarlett is absolutely not engaged.”

DJ DENIES DATING LINDSAY

Lindsay Lohan does not have a new boyfriend, according to TMZ. Recent reports linked her to New York DJ Julian Cavin, with claims they were spotted Sunday holding hands in New York. But Cavin insists nothing romantic is going on. “Lindsay and I are just friends. We are not dating,” he told the site. “She comes to a bunch of my DJ gigs. Sunday she came and was hanging in the booth.”

LINDSAY DESTROYS BORROWED GOWN

Lindsay Lohan can’t have nice things. Us Weekly reports that the Mean Girls star destroyed the floor-length beaded Theia gown that was lent to her for the February 6^th amFAR event in New York City. "She said that the dress had ripped [at a club after the fundraiser] -- she couldn't possibly wear it like that -- so her stylist friend went to the club bouncer and requested some scissors to repair the torn part of the dress," a source tells the mag. "But what bouncer has scissors?" Added the insider, “She turned it into a mullet! Only a fashiony person would do that! She's out of control and behaving really badly." The dress, which reportedly cost more than $1,700, is the same gown Charlie Sheen convinced a stylist to get for Lindsay. He offered to pay for half of it, but Lindsay decided to simply borrow it instead.

Jessica Simpson still has a while to go in her pregnancy, but sources tell US Weekly that she’s already sharing the name she and fiancé Eric Johnson have picked out for their upcoming bundle of joy. “(She’s) told people she’s going to name the baby Ace,” claims a source. There’s no word on whether Ace is going to be a boy or a girl (we hope a boy). The couple is already parents to a 10-month-old daughter Maxwell.

LaBEOUF BAILS ON BROADWAY DEBUT

Shia LaBeouf has dropped out of what was supposed to be his Broadway debut. Producers of the drama Orphans, which was set to begin previews in less than a month, cited “creative differences” as the reason for his departure. A replacement is expected to be announced soon. Alec Baldwin co-stars in the play, which is expected to open on April 7^th. LaBeouf was to play a petty thief who kidnaps an older man (Baldwin), only to form a paternal bond with him.

OSCAR NOMINATED DIRECTOR DETAINED AT LAX

Director Michael Moore took to Twitter yesterday to express his outrage that his friend, Palestinian director Emad Burnat, whose film 5 Broken Cameras is nominated for an Oscar for Best Documentary Feature, was detained at LAX Tuesday night. According to Moore, Emad and his family were questioned for an hour and a half about their visit. “Emad, his wife & 8-yr old son were placed in a holding area and told they didn't have the proper invitation on them to attend the Oscars,” tweeted Moore, who won an Oscar in 2002 for Bowling for Columbine. “Although he produced the Oscar invite nominees receive, that wasn't good enough & he was threatened with being sent back to Palestine. Apparently the Immigration & Customs officers couldn't understand how a Palestinian could be an Oscar nominee. Emad texted me for help." Moore then called Academy officials, who contacted lawyers and the family was eventually released. Moore tweeted that Emad later told him, “it’s nothing I’m not already used to. When u live under occupation, with no rights this is a daily occurrence.”

CONAN TO HOST CORRESPONDENTS DINNER

Conan O’Brien has been tapped to host the White House Correspondents Dinner on April 27^th in Washington, DC. This isn’t Conan’s first time hosting the event. He previously had the gig in 1995, when he was the host of NBC’s Late Night.  Last year’s event was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel.
