Lindsay Lohan is required to be in a California court later today, but there's a chance she may be a no-show. According to TMZ, Lindsay’s lawyer Mark Heller notified the judge that Lindsay was sick and coudln't fly from New York to Los Angeles. A Park Avenue doctor wrote a letter on Lindsay’s behalf claiming she had an upper respiratory infection. But the entire excuse was suspect, especially since Lindsay was photographed looking pretty healthy as she shopped in SoHo on Saturday, the same day the doctor allegedly examined her. And after hearing that a warrant could be issued for her arrest if she doesn't attend the hearing, Lindsay was suddenly feeling better, because TMZ says she and her mother Dina quickly booked a flight to Los Angeles last night. In addition, Lindsay has reportedly been begging her old lawyer Shawn Holley to take her back, but Holley won't change her mind.

Kim Kardashian’s ex-Kris Humphries is fighting back against accusations he gave an ex-fling herpes. Over the summer, Kayla Goldberg filed a lawsuit claiming the Brooklyn Nets star gave her the STD after she had unprotected sex with him at a hotel. But Humphries vehemently denied the accusation, and earlier this week submitted test results to the court that proved he didn’t have herpes, AIDS or any other STDs. “Kris knew there was no way he gave Kayla herpes, so he took a blood test to prove it,” a source tells RadarOnline.com.

Is the public about to get an eyeful of Arnold Schwarzenegger? The New York Post claims to have heard about an old photo of a “young Arnold” performing a sex act that was discovered when a storage space owned by the late Penthouse founder Bob Guccione was purchased at auction. Also uncovered were unpublished nude photos of Madonna and Lauren Hutton, as well as personal files detailing Guccione’s decision to publish naked pics of Vanessa Williams. So far there’s no word on whether the new owner plans to release any of the photos.
During an interview with Oprah Winfrey Monday, Whitney Houston’s brother Michael admitted that he was the person to blame for introducing the R &B star to drugs, although he didn’t realize how badly someone could get addicted to them. “You gotta understand, at the time…the 80s…it was acceptable,” he said. “It’s painful…I feel responsible for what I let go so far.” Whitney’s mother Cissy Houston, who is promoting her new book, also talked to Oprah, who asked about the longstanding rumor that Whitney may have been involved in a romantic relationship with her best friend Robyn Crawford. Cissy said she never liked Robyn, explaining, “She just spoke too much…disrespectful sometimes.” Oprah then asked Cissy if it would have upset her if Whitney was gay, and Cissy replied, “Absolutely.” Oprah kept pushing Cissy, asking “you wouldn’t have liked that?” and she replied, “Not at all.”
