It’s no secret Lindsay Lohan has been having financial problems; she owes money to the government in back taxes and owes her lawyer Shawn Holley over $300,000. And now her father Michael claims Lindsay has resorted to becoming a paid escort in order to get some cash. “She is getting paid to date rich men,” Michael told Star. “Dina (Lindsay’s mother) is pimping her out – it’s disgusting!” But Michael was soon backtracking on his statements. "By absolutely NO MEANS did I ever make such a statement ... EVER!,” he told TMZ. "Sure, Lindsay and [other celebs] make personal appearances and get paid for it! Sure, she and they get paid to go to birthday parties and other occasions! But for sex? Are you kidding me? I would never say that because she would NEVER do that and it NEVER happened!"

The Sun is reporting that Robert Pattinson has dumped Kristen Stewart. The couple, who separated in June after Kristen cheated with her Snow White and the Huntsman director, reunited in September, just in time to promote the final Twilight movie. But that all ended this past weekend when Kristen flew to Los Angeles to be Rob’s date at the Golden Globe Awards. According to sources, Rob broke it to Kristen that he “wants to cool it off.” “He loves her but would rather go back to being good friends so they can rebuild their trust and focus on work after Twilight,” said an insider. “Kristen’s upset but understands… She’s hoping he’ll come round and time will be a great healer.” But sources close to the couple say the story is untrue. In fact, while Kristen wasn’t at the Globes, she was at the Globes’ after-parties, and went as Rob’s date.

DIFF’RENT STROKES STAR CONRAD BAIN DIES
Diff’rent Strokes star Conrad Bainpassed away Monday at a retirement home in Livermore, CA. The 89-year-old, best known for playing the show’s father figure Phillip Drummond, died of natural causes. Bain’s Strokes co-star Todd Bridges told TMZ that he had just spoken to Bain last week. "I am deeply saddened by the sudden passing of Conrad as we were looking forward to celebrating his 90th birthday next month,” he said in a statement. “In addition to being a positive and supportive father figure both on and off-screen, Conrad was well-loved and made going to work each day enjoyable for all of us. KIM WISHES SHE WAS DIVORCED
Kim Kardashian admitted yesterday what everyone already knew - she wishes her marriage to Kris Humphries was over. “In a perfect world, of course I would love to be divorced,” she said in an interview yesterday. "[The marriage] is going on its second year, and that's really tough because I want to move on. I really want to move on with my life.” Kim said accusations that her marriage was “for publicity” are ridiculous. She said Kris was “someone (who) I loved a lot,” and that committing fraud is, “just not who I am." Kim added that staying in an unhappy marriage for the public’s sake would have been the real fraud. Said Kim, "I would have rather ended it when I felt that way, than waste a year of my life not being happy. [Staying married] would be vain. That would be fake. That would be doing it for publicity."

Meanwhile, Khloe Kardashian is fed up with tabloid magazines that are constantly reporting lies about her life and marriage. Most recently, InTouch claimed that Khloe was starting to believe the rumors that Robert Kardashian wasn’t really her father. “It is disgusting that Life & Style and InTouch magazines continue to print these false stories about my life: the status of my marriage, false reports about a miscarriage, the horrible lie that my dad is not my biological father, jealousy over my sisters’ lives, etc,” she wrote. “It is a complete waste of time to address these reports every time they print these ridiculous and absurd tabloid stories, but not only are these stories untrue, they're also unfair to the people who buy the magazine expecting to read accurate reports."

Two witnesses tell the mag the 42-year-old was heard saying, “I’m going to fly in when her water breaks.” Several sources tell Us that Renner’s ex is due next month. They add that the couple “used to date but it wasn’t serious.”

It’s no secret that LeAnn Rimes got together with her current husband Eddie Cibrian while he was still married, so does she ever worry he may cheat on her? Kathryn Bigelow is once again addressing accusations that her film Zero Dark Thirty is condoning torture. The Oscar winner wrote an essay for the Los Angeles Times in which she defends the film about the hunt for Osama Bin Laden. "Experts disagree sharply on the facts and particulars of the intelligence hunt, and doubtlessly that debate will continue," she wrote. "As for what I personally believe, which has been the subject of inquiries, accusations and speculation, I think Osama bin Laden was found due to ingenious detective work. Torture was, however, as we all know, employed in the early years of the hunt. That doesn't mean it was the key to finding Bin Laden. It means it is a part of the story we couldn't ignore.” She concluded, “Bin Laden wasn't defeated by superheroes zooming down from the sky; he was defeated by ordinary Americans who fought bravely even as they sometimes crossed moral lines, who labored greatly and intently, who gave all of themselves in both victory and defeat, in life and death, for the defense of this nation."

Reps for Bradley Cooper are denying a Radaronline report that claimed Taylor Swift tried to hook up with him at the Golden Globe Awards. According to the site, Taylor is desperate to date the Hangover star, and asked her good friend Jennifer Lawrence, who co-stars with Bradley in Silver Linings Playbook, to introduce them. But when Jennifer approached him about Taylor, he turned her down flat. Said a source, “Bradley has absolutely no intention of getting together with Taylor. MURPHY LEADS GLAAD NOMINEES
Nominees for the 24th Annual GLAAD Media Awards were announced yesterday, with Ryan Murphy leading the pack, with all three of his shows being recognized. Murphy’s Glee and The New Normal will compete with Go On, Happy Endings and Modern Family for Best Comedy, while American Horror Story is up against Grey’s Anatomy, True Blood, Degrassi, The L.A. Complex and Smash for Best Drama. On the film side, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, Cloud Atlas, ParaNorman, The Perks of Being a Wallflower and Your Sister’s Sister will compete for Best Picture. The GLAAD Media Awards will be held in New York on March 16th; in Los Angeles on April 20th; and in San Francisco on May 11th.
