The site, who first reported that the paparazzo who was killed following Justin thought he saw the popstar smoking weed, posted pictures of the 18-year-old hanging out with friends, holding what appeared to be a joint. Justin later posted a tweet that seemed to be in response to the report. "Everyday growing and learning. trying to be better. u get knocked down, u get up," Biebs tweeted just hours after the pictures went public. Guess there’s no shot Bethenny Frankel and hubby Jason Hoppy will reconcile. On Friday, the Bravo star filed a summons for divorce in New York City. Meanwhile, Radaronline reports that Jason is in the process of moving out of the couple's Manhattan pad. The site reports that Bethenny took daughter Bryn to Aspen, Colorado over the New Year’s holiday so Jason could begin packing up his things. "It's not a healthy situation for them to be living under the same roof together because Bethenny doesn't intend on getting back together with him,” reports a source.

Men In Black III star Josh Brolin had quite a New Year’s celebration. TMZ reports the actor was arrested in Santa Monica, CA for public intoxication just before midnight on January 1st. Brolin was booked at 3 am, and later released. He wasn’t given a citation which means he won’t have to go to court over the incident. According to sources, Brolin was hanging out with a bunch of friends and apparently had “too much fun.”

Criminal Minds star Thomas Gibson was busted for DUI Sunday morning in Downtown Los Angeles. Gibson was pulled over after he tried to drive into an area of downtown Los Angeles that had been blocked for a half marathon. After he was told he couldn’t drive through, he continued anyway. Cops finally stopped him and detected alcohol on his breath. He refused to take a breathalyzer and was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI.
MILEY ADOPTS NEW DOG/MORE WEDDING RUMORS
Miley Cyrus has added a new member to her family. A month after her beloved dog Lila was killed by her fiancé Liam Hemsworth’s bulldog Ziggy, Miley has adopted a new puppy. The Hannah Montana star showed off the Chihuahua mix, who she’s named Bean, on Twitter. “Meet Bean,” wrote Miley. “Bean is a little girl…she brought so much sunshine!!!” Miley recently revealed that Lila died after Ziggy grabbed her in the wrong spot. Said Miley, “not sure if she was playing or what.” Ziggy has since been sent to an animal shelter to be placed in a home without dogs or children. Meanwhile, one of Miley’s Bean pics has fueled speculation that she and Liam may have secretly tied the knot. Naomi Campbell was reportedly injured last week after being mugged on a Paris street. According to the New York Post, a group of thugs “knocked over and robbed” the supermodel as she was trying to hail a cab. She suffered a torn ligament and was recently photographed in a wheelchair. “It was terrifying. Naomi believes the assailant had been watching her, casing her out, and waited for a moment to strike when she was alone,” claimed a source. “She was understandably very upset and shaken up.” There’s no word on what exactly was taken from Naomi.

Guess Octomom’s adult video didn’t help her financial situation. TMZ reports that five months after Nadya Suleman got off welfare, she is back on it again. THE OFFICE GETS HOUR FINALE/NO CARELL

NBC will send off The Office with a one-hour series finale, but it will likely be without departed star Steve Carell. “We’re hopeful but I don’t think (Carell) will (do it),” NBC chief Bob Greenblatt said at this weekend’s Television Critics Association press tour. “He left in the way he wanted to leave, and he and (showrunner) Greg (Daniels) talked about it, and I don’t think he will. There’s maybe a little Hail Mary pass on a cameo, but I think the decision would be compromising his schedule.”

Donald Trump likes to open his mouth, but NBC chief Bob Greenblatt says that for now they have no plan to muzzle him. “We live in this country where you can sort of say anything you want as long as you’re not harming people. He’s got a political belief system and we talk to him all the time, but I really don’t think that what he’s doing in his personal life is going to corrupt what’s happening on the show,” said Greenblatt, whose network airs Celebrity Apprentice. “That said, if he sort of becomes somehow hurtful or says or does things that cross a line, I guess we would figure out what to do about that.” Greenblatt also claimed we have him to thank for Donald opting not to run for president. “We talked him out of running for president,” he said, adding, “Wasn’t that good enough?”

Last week it was reported that director J.J. Abrams granted the dying wish of a Star Trek fan and allowed him to see a not-quite finished print of Star Trek Into Darkness. Sadly, that fan, Dan Craft, passed away Friday due to complications from cancer. His death was announced on the Facebook page of New York’s Subway Cinema, which the 42-year-old Craft was a longtime supporter. Abrams never sought publicity for his act of kindness, but he was asked about it yesterday at the Television Critics Association press tour. “It’s very sensitive,” said Abrams, who added that it was “unbelievably touching” to be asked have been asked.

DEMPSEY’S BID TO BUY COFFEE CHAIN ACCEPTED
Patrick Dempsey is one step closer to being a coffee mogul. The Grey’s Anatomy star’s bid to buy failing Seattle-based chain Tully’s Coffee was accepted last week, although it still needs approval from a bankruptcy judge. “We met the green monster, looked her in the eye, and…SHE BLINKED! We got it!” Dempsey tweeted Thursday. (The Green monster is Starbucks, which was also trying to buy the chain.) “Thank you Seattle!” Dempsey and a group of investors bid over $9 million to purchase the company, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in October. The Grey’s Anatomy star was motivated by the chance to save the jobs of hundreds of employees. “Seattle has been very good to me over my career,” said Dempsey, whose ABC show is set in the city. “I am honored to have the privilege to own Tully’s and work closely with the company’s employees.”

Ex-Louisiana Governor Edwin Edwards has landed his own A&E reality show. The Governor's Wife, a 12-episode docuseries premiering February 27th, follows the 85-year-old Edwards, who served four terms as Governor before going to jail on bribery and extortion charges, his 34-year-old wife Trina Grimes Scott and their children, who range in age from 63-13. Edwin and Trina first met when they became pen pals while he was in prison. They married after his release last year.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced Friday that the upcoming Oscar telecast will feature a tribute to the James Bond franchise, which is celebrating its 50th Anniversary. The 85th Annual Academy Awards air Sunday, February 24th on ABC.
Screen Gems announced last week that the release of the Carrie remake, starring Chloe Grace Moretz and Julianne Moore, will be pushed back. Instead of coming out March 15th, the film will hit theaters October 18th.
The Writers Guild of America announced their nominations on Friday, with Flight, Looper, The Master, Moonrise Kingdom and Zero Dark Thirty competing for Best Original Screenplay and Argo, Life of Pi, Lincoln, The Perks of Being a Wallflower and Silver Linings Playbook up for Best Adapted Screenplay. Winners will be announced February 17th.
