New pregnancy rumors have started about Jennifer Aniston. The actress, who is engaged to actor Justin Theroux, was spotted in Los Angeles this week wearing an oversized jacket, leading some to speculate she’s covering up a baby bump.  In addition, a source claims that at a recent engagement party thrown for the couple, Jen seemed to be avoiding alcohol and raw fish. “It was so unlike her and didn't go unnoticed,” an insider told Grazia. “She was also picky with what she ate, and didn't touch the huge sushi platter, which is one of her favorite foods.”

CROWE DATING BILLY JOEL’S EX

Russell Crowe appears to have a new woman in his life. According to the New York Post, the Gladiator star has been spending a lot of time with Billy Joel’s ex-wife Katie Lee. The new couple was spotted in the early hours of Sunday morning getting cozy in front of the fire at the Drawing Room at the Greenwich Hotel. “They seemed to be in an intense flirtatious conversation,” said a witness, who added, “They looked really into each other.” Katie and Russell were then spotted together again later that afternoon. An insider claims the pair is just seeing each other casually. Crowe split from his wife Danielle Spencer earlier this year.

BRANDI’S SHOCKING HOUSEWIVES ACCUSATION

On Monday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Brandi Glanville, Adrienne Maloof and Adrienne’s ex Paul Nassif got into a huge fight over comments made by Brandi, although the show never revealed exactly what she said. Well, according to realitytea.com, Adrienne filed a lawsuit against Brandi over the remarks, which reportedly had to do with Adrienne’s pregnancies. According to the site, it is a well-known secret in Beverly Hills that Adrienne and Paul used a surrogate for their three children, but in the episode, when Brandi asked the women to share their stories of giving birth, Adrienne talked about having C-sections, as if she had given birth to the kids on her own. A source claims Brandi had a problem with Adrienne’s story and told people “everyone knows Adrienne and Paul used a surrogate.” Adrienne and Paul didn’t hear the conversation, but when they were told about it they went nuts, and Adrienne eventually sued Brandi for defamation and slander.

PRINCESS KATE TO SKIP HOBBIT PREMIERE

The Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton has been forced to cancel her appearance at tonight’s London premiere of The Hobbit. According to the UK press, Kate, who is being treated for severe morning sickness, suffered a relapse Sunday and is too ill to attend the charity event. Prince William is expected to go to the premiere without his wife.

LINDSAY TO BE ARRAIGNED TODAY

Lindsay Lohan will be arraigned later today in California on charges she lied to cops in connection with her June car accident. According to TMZ, it is expected that Lindsay’s judge will revoke her probation in her jewelry heist case and schedule a date to formally decide whether her lying was a violation of her probation.  The site reports that hearing will happen at the same time she stands trial for lying to cops but even if she’s found not guilty, she could still be in violation of her probation.   If it is determined she violated probation, she could get as much as eight months in jail, and that doesn’t include time she could get if she’s found guilty of lying.

SHEEN DONATES $75K FOR 10-YEAR-OLD’S CANCER FIGHT

Charlie Sheen can be a nice guy when he wants to be.  TMZ reports the Anger Management star donated $75,000 to help a little girl fight a rare form of cancer. Charlie was recently talking to a cop in Hermosa Beach, CA, when he found out about another officer whose 10-year-old daughter was diagnosed with Childhood Rhabdomyosarcoma, which requires over a year of expensive medical treatments. Charlie reacted by telling the cop, “no parent should have to watch their kid go through that,” and the next day sent a check to the Hermosa Beach Police Association, which had started a fund for the kid. In addition, Charlie’s stunt double, whose salary is significantly less than the actor’s, chipped in another $25,000. Of course this isn’t Charlie’s only charitable act. It was recently revealed he gave Lindsay Lohan $100,000 to pay off her tax bill, although she isn’t that grateful. Said Charlie, “I’m still waiting for a text to say, ‘thank you.’ Anything you know?”

BROOKE MUELLER BACK IN REHAB

Brooke Mueller is back in rehab. Just days after Charlie Sheen’s ex was rushed to the hospital for a possible overdose, TMZ reports that Mueller checked into rehab Monday to treat her dependence on the ADHD drug Adderall. “Brooke was uncomfortable with the way Adderall was making her behave,” her attorney told the site. “Brooke continues her lifelong battle with drug addiction by taking these steps herself to prevent a further drug relapse.” Meanwhile, TMZ reports that while she’s getting help, Brooke and Charlie’s twins will be left in the care of Charlie’s other ex, Denise Richards. According to a source, the boys, Bob and Max, will be with Denise for "an indefinite period of time."

Nick Cannon shared a bit too much information about his private life yesterday. During a radio interview, the America’s Got Talent host revealed that he and wife Mariah Carey have sex while listening to Mariah’s  music. In addition, Nick said he likes to pleasure himself to Mariah’s tunes, and his favorite song for the deed is her hit “Hero.”

LAWRENCE TOPS MOST DESIRABLE WOMAN LIST

The Hunger Games’ Jennifer Lawrence has landed at number one on AskMen’s 12^TH annual list of the Top 99 Most Desirable Women. The 2.4 million people who voted picked the 22-year-old star over Ted’s Mila Kunis, who came in second. Sports Illustrated model Kate Upton took the number three spot, followed by Rihanna and Emma Stone.Interestingly, Kim Kardashian, who last year nabbed the number eight spot, fell all the way to 98 this year, while Nicki Minaj, who was five last year, dropped off the list entirely, as did Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Alba, Penelope Cruz, and Megan Fox.

MILEY CYRUS’ DOG DIES

Miley Cyrus revealed on Twitter yesterday that her dog Lila died on Tuesday.  "Can't think of one good reason to get out of bed today . . ." she wrote. "For everyone asking . . . I have never been so hurt in my life. My heart has never been so broken . . . Lila my sweet baby girl has passed away." She then added, “Broken. Gonna go MIA for a bit. Need some healing time. Thank you to everyone who has sent love my way. I need it.” The pooch, a Yorkie mix, was hospitalized in October and turned two in November.

WINTER’S MOTHER SUES ACTOR FOR DEFAMATION

Ariel Winter’s mother has sued an actor for making disparaging comments about her. Christoula Workman filed a defamation lawsuit against former soap opera star Matthew Borlenghi, who called Workman an “abusive monster” in a comment on the Los Angeles Times website. In her lawsuit, Workman says the post was made with “personal animosity, hatred and ill will,” which left her feeling “shame, mortification and hurt.” Borlenghi, who has appeared on Days of Our Lives and All My Children, is a close friend of Workman’s daughter Shanelle Gray, who currently has custody of Ariel. Borlenghi, who works at Gray’s acting school, told the AP that Workman’s claims “are absolutely fabricated,” and added, that “the negative comments she made about her own daughter in order to try and get custody back of Ariel are truly disgusting.”

HATHAWAY ACCIDENTLY FLASHES CROWD AT LES MIZ PREMIERE

Anne Hathaway suffered a bit of a wardrobe malfunction at the New York premiere of Les Miserables on Monday. The actress apparently wasn’t wearing underwear and when she tried to get out of her car, flashed the crowd (NSFW), as well as hovering photographers. (Although there really wasn’t much to see.)

Tom Cruise is getting ready for a big family Christmas. The actor, whose new film Jack Reacher opens December 21^st, tells People magazine he will be spending the holiday with his three children, Bella, 20, Connor, 17 and Suri, 6. “We have got lots of very special things planned (for the holidays),” he said at the film’s London premiere. “We are all going to be together and I’m looking forward to it.”

KELSEY WON’T LET KIDS SAY EX’S NAME

Kelsey Grammer can’t seem to get over his hatred of ex-wife Camille Grammer. On yesterday’s Anderson Live, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star revealed that she has no communication with Kelsey at all. “It’s very difficult to co-parent with someone who won’t speak to you, text you or email you,” she said. “I’ve reached out to him. I think it’s very important to be amicable to raise children and he refuses to. There’s just so much I can do at this point.” Camille says they only talk through lawyers, and Kelsey is even making it hard for their kids. “They are not allowed to say my name in his house,” she says. “So these poor kids, my daughter and my son, can’t say my name in their father’s house. STEWART ALMOST DIDN’T TAKE DAILY SHOW GIG

Jon Stewart has won multiple Emmys in the 13 years he’s been with The Daily Show, but he recently revealed that he almost passed on the gig.  During an interview Friday in New Jersey, Stewart told Stephen Colbert that when he initially talked to Comedy Central about his ideas for the show he was met with resistance. “I walk in the door, into a room with the writers and producers, and the first thing they say is 'this isn't some MTV bullsh*t,'" he said. "And then I was told not to change the jokes or improvise." He added, “What I did not realize is, a lot of the people who worked there were a**holes.”  He quickly called his agent and said, “get me the f**k out of this. These people are insane.” As for how close he came to giving up on the gig, Stewart said, “I had to be talked down from a moderately high cliff.” But he stuck it out, and after two and a half years, and a “natural winnowing process,” everything worked out.

SEYFRIED UNDERSTANDS THE TATUM APPEAL

Amanda Seyfried co-starred with Channing Tatum in 2010’s Dear John, and she totally understands why women everywhere love him. “Channing was amazing. He’s a superstar,” she tells InStyle. “Everybody wants to have sex with him. And the only person he wants to have sex with is his wife, Jenna (Dewan-Tatum). He’s the most loyal husband.” As for her own love life, Seyfried admits she hasn’t been quite as lucky. IAN McKELLEN HAS PROSTATE CANCER

Sir Ian McKellen tells The Mirror he has had prostate cancer “for six or seven years.” The 73-year-old, whose new film The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey opens Friday, doesn’t seem too worried about his prognosis. "When you have got it you monitor it and you have to be careful it doesn't spread. But if it is contained in the prostate, it's no big deal," he says. "Many, many die from it, but it's one of the cancers that is totally treatable so I have 'wasteful watching.' I am examined regularly and it's just contained, it's not spreading. I've not had any treatment.”

SUIT SAYS STORAGE WARS IS FAKE

A new lawsuit suggests that the popular A&E show Storage Wars is faked. David Hester, who previously appeared on the show, filed the suit which claims the program is deceiving viewers by making them believe the participants are bidding on unseen goods, when valuable items are actually planted inside storage containers. Hester says when he complained to producers about the rigging, he was promptly fired. Interestingly, the suit also says that producers gave ugly cast members money for plastic surgery to “create more sex appeal.”

TV TIDBITS

�œ TV Line reports that TNT’s Dallas reboot has scheduled J. R. Ewing’s funeral. After J.R. portrayer Larry Hagman died last month of complications from cancer, the network had to decide how to handle his passing. The site reports JR will be laid to rest during the second season’s eighth episode, scheduled to air March 11^th. The second season of Dallas premieres January 28^th.

�œ MTV has announced that the series finale of Jersey Shore will air Thursday, December 20th at 10 pm, followed by a live reunion special at 11 pm.

MISCELLANEOUS MOVIE NEWS

�œ Lincoln has topped the list of nominees for the annual Critics Choice Awards. The Steven Spielberg drama earned 12 nominations, including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Daniel Day-Lewis, and Best Supporting Actor and Actress, Tommy Lee Jones and Sally Field. Other Best Picture nominees include: Django Unchained, The Master, Silver Linings Playbook, Argo, Beasts Of The Southern Wild, Les Miserables, Life Of Pi, Moonrise Kingdom and Zero Dark Thirty.  Winners will be announced January 10^th, in a ceremony airing live on The CW.

�œ Andy Samberg has been tapped to host the 2013 Film Independent Spirit Awards, taking place Saturday, February 23^rd in Santa Moncia, CA. The show will air on IFC later that evening.

�œ Michael Bay has reportedly cast a pair of unknowns to replace Shia LeBeouf and Megan Fox in the Transformers franchise. Reports suggest that Bay has hired Brenton Thwaites and Nicola Peltz for the film. Peltz, who’ll play Mark Wahlberg’s daughter,  appeared in M. Night Shyamalan’s The Last Airbender, while Thwaites, who’ll play Peltz’s boyfriend, appears in the upcoming Angelina Jolie movie Maleficent.
