LINDSAY ARRESTED FOR ALLEGED ASSAULT AT NYC NIGHTCLUB/FACING CHARGES FOR PREVIOUS CAR CRASH!

Another day, another Lindsay Lohan arrest. The troubled actress was hauled off by cops in the wee hours of yesterday morning for allegedly punching a fellow Manhattan nightclub goer in the face. Lindsay was charged with third-degree assault and taken to the precinct where she was given a desk appearance ticket. TMZ reported that while at the club Avenue, Lindsay told the woman to give her some space, then reportedly hit her in the face. New York’s Daily News named the other woman as Tiffany Eve Mitchell, of West Palm Beach, Fla., who was at Avenue with her husband. Early reports said Mitchell and Lohan were sitting in separate VIP sections when a scuffle erupted elsewhere in the club, and Mitchell possibly bumped into Lohan in order to avoid getting involved. But TMZ later reported that the fight was over a boy - specifically, a boy bander. Apparently, Lindsay had attended a Justin Bieber concert earlier that night in order to catch the opening act, British boy band The Wanted. She had her sights set on band member Max George and the two hit up Avenue together. But Max was reportedly “turned off” by Lilo’s alleged drunkenness and started hitting on Mitchell, and that's when Lindsay decided to take matters into her own hands...or, uh, fists.

Meanwhile, Lindsay is also facing three charges in California in connection with her June car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway. She allegedly rammed her Porsche into a big rig, and then lied to cops about being the driver. She was reportedly being charged with giving false information to a peace officer, obstructing or resisting a police officer in the performance of his duty, and reckless driving. JUDE LAW OK WITH NOT BEING YOUNG AND PRETTY!

Jude Law’s not a “young pretty thing” anymore, and that’s fine by him! It’s quite nice talking about what it was like to be the young pretty thing, rather than being it,” he said. And his latest role in Anna Karenina is definitely a departure from the hunky roles he used to play. “It seemed to go against everything I have done, and it was fun to investigate the sides of a man that I hadn’t done before in any way, shape or form, because I always play against type; I have never played anyone like me,” he told the mag.
