JUSTIN & SELENA TOGETHER AGAIN

Looks like Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez may be back on. While the on-again/off-again couple did not attend the American Music Awards together, they were spotted walking hand-in-handnto an AMA after party Sunday night. Insiders tell Us Weekly they remained close for most of the evening, and were seen sharing a few kisses as well. Another witness adds they were, "dancing on each other . . . they seemed to be in great spirits and were clearly enjoying their time together." Meanwhile, Selena must not have been feeling that great during their night out because Gossip Cop reports that on Monday, Selena visited the hospital to be tested for Strep Throat.

LINDSAY’S PROBATION TO BE REVOKED

They say there’s no such thing as bad publicity, but we somehow think this isn’t the kind of publicity Lindsay Lohan wanted just days before her big Lifetime movie Liz & Dick was set to premiere. TMZ has already reported that the LA District Attorney’s office plans to charge Lindsay with lying to the cops in connection with her June car accident, and it looks like that charge may send her back to jail. Insiders tell TMZ that when Lindsay is arraigned for lying, she’ll go in front of LA County Superior Court Judge Jane Godfrey who is expected to revoke Lindsay’s probation in her jewelry theft case.

MODERN FAMILY STAR’S FATHER WANTS TO BE HER GUARDIAN

The father of Modern Family star Ariel Winter has now inserted himself in the fight over her guardianship. Glenn Workman yesterday filed an objection to his daughter Shanelle Gray being Ariel’s guardian.  Gray had suggested that Glenn was in no position to care for Ariel, but Glenn countered that he is “physically, emotionally, and financially capable of caring for my daughter, without limitation,” adding that, “No evidence has been produced that suggests any detriment to Ariel associated with my father-daughter relationship with her." Glenn never addresses accusations that his wife Chrystal abused the14-year-old, although he does admit his relationship with Chrystal is strained. “This whole situation has turned into a circus and places Ariel in a position she should not have to be in," he wrote. "I ask this court to allow me the chance to function as a healthy parent and help Ariel through this ordeal.”

ROYAL BABY ANNOUNCEMENT NEXT MONTH?

Is a royal baby on the way? Well, that’s the speculation, after a woman who claims to be a close friend of Kate Middleton’s told New Idea magazine that Prince William and Kate plan to make a big announcement next month. Jessica Hay, who went to school with Kate, said the couple plans to share their “wonderful happy news” in December.

Scarlett Johansson reportedly has a new man. Just weeks after splitting from advertising exec Nate Naylor, The Mail reports that the Avengers star is now dating Frenchman Romain Dauriac.  The couple, who’ve been spotted together in Paris and New York over the past few weeks,  met through mutual friends.

KIM ZOLCIAK’S FATHER CALLS HER A LIAR

Kim Zolciak’s feud with her family continues.  Kim and her parents are not talking to each other, and Kim’s mom and dad have filed a lawsuit requesting visitation rights to their grandchildren. Kim has fired back saying they are bad grandparents and disrespectful people, but Kim’s father says she’s full of it. “Kim is a pathological liar, period,” Joe Zolciak told TMZ. “I will not tolerate her trying to make a mockery of my wife or our family any further. We are completely humiliated by all the lies she has put in the media.” Joe believes Kim is a bad parent and a terrible role model for her kids. Said Joe, “She has been married twice and has three different fathers for our four grandchildren. Let’s face the facts.”

THE HOBBIT SET WAS UNSAFE FOR ANIMALS

The set of the upcoming movie The Hobbit was apparently a very dangerous place for animals. Wranglers involved in making the film claim the movie’s production company is responsible for the deaths of up to 27 animals. While the American Humane Association says no animals were harmed during filming, the wranglers say that’s not true. They claim about 150 animals were housed at an unsuitable farm, which was filled with bluffs, sinkholes and other “death traps.”  A spokesperson for director Peter Jackson confirmed that horses, goats, chickens and one sheep died at the farm near Wellington, New Zealand, but said some of the deaths were due to natural causes. The rep also denies the animals died due to mistreatment, and claim as soon as they were told of the unsafe conditions they spent money to improve them. The wranglers claim they voiced their concerns about conditions on the farm, but nothing was done. They decided to come forward to prevent similar deaths in the future. The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey opens December 14^th.

Barbara Walters yesterday revealed some of the famous names that have landed on her list of the 10 Most Fascinating People of 2012.  Ben Affleck, One Direction, Hillary Clinton, Seth MacFarlane, Olympic gold medalist Gabby Douglas, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and Fifty Shades of Grey author E. L. James are just a few of the people profiled in the 20^th annual special, which airs December 12^th on ABC.  Walters has kept secret the number one most fascinating person, along with two other names.

KENDRA DISGUSTED BY KELSEY

Former Playboy playmate Kendra Wilson is not a Kelsey Grammer fan. Kendra tells TMZ she witnessed Kelsey and wife Kayte bring their three-month-old daughter Faith to the Playboy mansion last month, and was so disgusted she stormed out of the party. In fact, Kendra was so angry that she actually confronted Kelsey at the event.  "Oh, he KNOWS how I feel, trust me," Kendra told TMZ.  "I gave him that eye and I left because of that." Kelsey claimed he brought Faith to the party because he and Kayte could not find a babysitter.

THE SITUATION SUES VODKA COMPANY

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is suing a protein-infused vodka company. The Jersey Shore star, who is now sober, signed an endorsement deal with Devotion Vodka back in 2010, but is now claiming the company has not fulfilled their side of the deal. Mike is arguing that even though he has met his contractual obligations, the company is trying to avoid paying him the money he’s due. He is suing for his entire 10% share in the company – about $5 million – plus other damages.

In other Situation news…On Monday, the Jersey Shore star mistakenly tweeted his cell phone number to his 1.4 million followers. “Yeah babe call me maybe: 732-939-2906-dm, don’t give out, Sitch,” he tweeted, followed by, “Oo sh**t… By accident.” But whether it really was an accident seems doubtful, since he didn’t take down the tweet, and instead started re-tweeting it to followers while joking about his mistake.  “My phone is ringing off the hook… We def have a Situation,” he wrote. “Phone does not Stop ringing… Ahhh f**k me… Luv u guys btw lmao.” But you won’t be able to contact The Situation for much longer, because he plans to change his number today.  He added, “Phone company called: he’s like u got a situation buddy, I’m like thanks man but I’m the Situation!”

ROBIN ROBERTS HOME FROM HOSPITAL AFTER FIGHTING VIRUS

Good Morning America’s Robin Roberts is back home after spending a week in the hospital for treatment of a virus that was not responding to medication. “Our immune systems usually take care of a virus like this…but mine is only 59 days old,” Roberts, who had a bone marrow transplant on September 20^th, explained in a message to fans. “Physically I felt fine but being back in the hospital took an emotional toll on me.”

GLEE STAR FUMING OVER NIGHTCLUB SNUB

Amber Riley has started a public feud with a New York nightclub. Sunday  night, the Glee star began ranting on Twitter about the WIP nightclub (the same place where the Chris Brown/Drake brawl went down earlier this year), saying they refused to let in 30-person party. "Never in my life have I dealt with such disrespect. That club @WIPNewYork on Vandam street, they are CROOKS and LIARS!,” she tweeted. But a rep for WIP says they refused to let Amber and her group in because they wouldn’t pay. "Ms. Riley’s team had contacted management before her arrival to work out her table arrangements which included the purchase of bottles as well as a bottle on the house,” said a rep for the club. “Upon arrival, her party of 30 people refused to purchase any bottles, so they did not enter."

GELLAR & PRINZE REVEAL BABY’S NAME

Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze, Jr. have finally revealed the name of their now two-month-old son. According to People, they have named the tot Rocky James. The pair, who tied the knot in 2002, is also parents to daughter Charlotte Grace, who is three.

STEWART IN/SANDERS OUT FOR SNOW WHITE SEQUEL

Now that her commitment to Twilight is over, Kristen Stewart is headed back to her other franchise. Radaronline reports Kristen has signed on to return for the sequel to Snow White and the Huntsman, although she’ll be working with a new director. The site claims Rupert Sanders, who Kristen was caught kissing while dating Robert Pattinson, is out of the project. Said a source, “Rupert didn’t want to be a part of it to begin with because he is desperately still trying to save his marriage.”

GQ NAME MEN OF THE YEAR

GQ yesterday announced the stars making this year’s Men of the Year issue, which hits newsstands today. Argo director Ben Affleck earned the title of Filmmaker of the Year, while People’s Sexiest Man Alive Channing Tatum was named Movie Star of the Year. Others making the list include: Rihanna, Obsession of the Year; the cast of Parks and Recreation, Comedy Lab of the Year; New Girl’s Max Greenfield, Jake Johnson and Lamorne Morris, Wingmen of the Year and Christopher Walken, Badass of the Year.
