Lindsay Lohan bailed on a Barbara Walters 20/20 interview last week because she didn’t want to answer any personal questions. But Lindsay still has a Lifetime movie to promote, so she has agreed to sit down for a less intrusive interview with Jay Leno. Lindsay will appear on The Tonight Show Tuesday, November 20th, where she’ll talk about her movie Liz & Dick, which airs November 25th. Meanwhile, Barbara is rather peeved that Lindsay cancelled on her. On The View yesterday, Barbara said Lindsay’s people didn’t even have the courtesy to explain why she bailed. "If they'd said to me 'You know, Barbara, she isn't up to the kinds of questions that you might ask' ... If they had told me that, I wouldn't feel quite as disappointed as I do today,” said Barbara. NICKI EXPLAINS MARIAH FIGHT
Nicki Minaj opened up about her feud with Mariah Carey during Sunday’s second part of her E! reality show Nicki Minaj: The Truth. “She's admitted she did not want another female doing the show,” said Nicki. “She didn't want someone stealing her shine.” Talking about the videotaped argument that took place during an American Idol audition, Nicki explained that “twenty minutes before that happened she egged me on. I just know that I had reached my boiling point.” Nicki said she left the stage because she didn’t want to blow up, only to have Mariah continue pushing her when she returned. Said Nicki, “I had to make it clear that if you do this again, I'm going to do this again.” Nicki was also furious that Barbara Walters went on The View and took Mariah’s side without ever asking for her comment. “Am I not good enough for you to get my side because I’m a little black girl that raps?” asked Nicki. “If I was J.Lo you would have called J-Lo's camp - so are we not good enough for you?”
ELMO PUPPETEER ACCUSED OF RELATIONSHIP WITH UNDERAGE BOY
Kevin Clash, the puppeteer behind Elmo, has taken a leave of absence from Sesame Street, following allegations he had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old boy. In June, a now 23-year-old man informed Sesame Workshop of the relationship, which occurred seven years ago when Clash was 45. The company investigated the claims and found them unsubstantiated. Clash acknowledges a relationship with the man but insists it only took place after the accuser was an adult. Regardless, Sesame Workshop accepted Clash’s leave of absence saying he exercised “poor judgment.” He was also disciplined for violating the company’s policy regarding Internet usage.

MODERN FAMILY’S WINTER SPLITS WITH OLDER BEAU
It’s a pretty drama-filled time for Modern Family’s Ariel Winter. First she was removed from her mother’s home over allegations of abuse, and now comes word the 14-year-old split from her 18-year-old boyfriend Cameron Palatas. A source tells E! the couple is no longer together, and insists they have not run away together. Ariel’s mother claimed Crystal last week she never abused her daughter, and the accusations were only made after Crystal walked in on Ariel with Cameron.
MALOOF & NASSIF’S SON INJURED/CONFLICTING STORIES AS TO HOW
Just last week they announced their divorce settlement, but it appears as though there may be some new problems for Adrienne Maloof and ex Paul Nassif. TMZ reports Adrienne took couple’s six-year-old son Christian was taken to the hospital Monday morning; concerned the child had several broken fingers. According to sources, Adrienne told doctors Christian was injured under Paul’s watch, when he and his father were playfully kicking each other and Paul pushed Christian to the ground. Paul had to talk to a social worker after the allegations were made, and insisted he never kicked the child. He said Christian hurt his hand at a school carnival when he fell off a funhouse step. Paul also added that Christian was under the nanny’s care when the injury occurred. In the end, Christian’s injuries did not turn out to be serious.
PETITION TO FIRE TRUMP
Donald Trump is used to telling people they’re fired, but he may soon be hearing those words himself. MoveOn.org has started a petition to get the Celebrity Apprentice host axed as a Macy’s spokesperson after reports surfaced that Trump makes a birther joke in an upcoming Christmas ad. The New York Times reports that in the ad, Trump walks up to Kris Kringle and asks if he’s really Santa Claus and tugs on his beard. [Trump was one of the lead voices questioning whether President Barack Obama was born in the United States.] As of Sunday, the petition, which calls Trump’s behavior “especially unpleasant, nasty and despicable,” had over 270,000 signatures.
SHIA GETS INTO FIGHT AT LONDON PUB
Shia LaBeouf got into some trouble in England over the weekend. The 26-year-old and his Nymphomaniac co-star Mia Goth were enjoying some drinks at the Hobgoblin pub in London, when another patron jokingly took Shia’s baseball cap and refused to give it back. Shia didn’t care for the joke and a “scuffle” broke out. Other patrons had to separate the two men, and Shia quickly left the bar in a taxi.

OPRAH PLANNING ORGANIC LINE
Oprah Winfrey may soon be coming to your specialty food market. The New York Post reports the former talk show queen has filed applications to trademark the name “Oprah’s Organics,” which will be used to sell bath soaps, sunscreen and hair products, as well as organic salad dressing, frozen veggies, soups and other food items. In addition, she wants to trademark “Oprah’s Farm,” for a beverage and catering service, as well as “Oprah’s Harvest.” Oprah currently owns a large farm in Maui, and her rep says they made the trademark requests to enable the farm to “grow and distribute produce on Maui and throughout the Hawaiian islands.”

Kat Von D is single again. The tattoo artist/reality show star took to Twitter Saturday to reveal she had ended her two-month relationship with DJ Deadmau5. "Man, I sure was wrong. But at least he made it a no-brainer to break that off. Lesson Learned,” she wrote. “Now we can get all of the ‘I told you so’s’ outta the way…and move on.”

James Franco has denied he’s dating Pretty Little Liars star Ashley Benson, but they were caught out on a date in Hollywood last week. According to the New York Post, the pair went to a midnight screening of Skyfall, although they didn’t see much of it. “They tried to stay incognito catching a late show together,” said a source. “But both James and Ashley fell asleep. They were woken up by theater staff at the end of the movie.”
McCONAUGHEY LOSES IT FOR ROLE
Matthew McConaughey is starting to look scary. The usually toned actor has lost more than 30 pounds for his upcoming role in The Dallas Buyers Club, the true story of a man who contracted HIV through drug use and begins smuggling life-saving medications in from Mexico. Paparazzi caught McConaughey at LAX this weekend looking frail and thin. According to People, he plans to remain at this weight for another month.

GLANVILLE SAYS EX LEFT HER BROKE
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville reports that when her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian left her for LeAnn Rimes, he not only cheated, but also left her flat broke. Glanville tells the New York Post she and Eddie “were living way above our means,” and when the marriage ended, “there wasn’t a lot to get out.” Once she and her two sons were on their own, Brandi said she had a hard time adjusting to life as a single mom. “I was a 36-year-old woman who couldn’t lease a car and couldn’t lease a house,” she told the paper. “For 13 years, my name wasn’t on one account. I am still building my credit.” Of course, now Brandi is better off thanks to her Bravo gig. “If it is gone tomorrow, I made the most of it," she said. "I joke that I whore myself out to anyone that will pay me. But that is kind of what is happening.”

PHOENIX CHANGES OSCAR TUNE
Earlier this year, Joaquin Phoenix was quoted as saying the Oscars are “total, utter, bullsh*t,” but now it seems he’s had a change of heart. During an interview with the Sydney Morning Herald, the actor, who is receiving buzz for his performance in The Master, says his past nominations (for Gladiator and Walk the Line) have certainly been good for his career. “I haven’t been in a lot of movies that have made a lot of money,” he said. “And getting nominated for a movie has probably helped my career tremendously. But in some ways it’s the antithesis of what you want to be as an actor. You’re always trying to free yourself of the artifice, which is really difficult. Especially when you suck, like me.” Asked whether he’d attend the ceremony if nominated, Phoenix said, “It’s not like I f***ing hate the Oscars. What I was reacting to was sometimes the reverence that we have about these things. I don’t want to revere it.”

Former Animal Practice star JoAnna Garcia and her hubby, New York Yankee Nick Swisher, are expecting their first child next year. The actress made the announcement on Twitter writing, “So happy to finally be able to share our news! @NickSwisher & I r expecting our 1st baby in 2013! Feeling so blessed & beyond excited!” Swisher added on his Facebook page, “Words can’t describe how blessed we feel to be expanding our family and are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our new addition.” The couple has been married since 2010.
TWILIGHT STAR CONCERNED OFF SCREEN DRAMA WILL RUIN MOVIE
Twilight’s Ashley Greene tells Seventeen she’s concerned the Robert Pattinson/Kristen Stewart off-screen drama may hurt the final installment in the franchise. “Hopefully it won’t taint it and people will still be able to enjoy the movie,” she told the mag. “I think a lot of people see us as our characters. I really want them to still be able to do that.” The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 opens Friday.

MTV has cancelled America’s Best Dance Crew after seven seasons.
ABC has given Nashville a full season order. The series, starring Connie Britton and Hayden Pannetierre, has been improving in the ratings, raising its audience 11% just last week.
Brittany Snow has landed a recurring role on Fox’s Ben and Kate, playing a love interest for Echo Kellum’s character Tommy. She’ll play Lila, who meets Tommy while she’s out walking her dog.
Former 24 star Mary-Lynn Rajskub will guest star on a January episode of CBS’s The Mentalist. She’ll play a rehab patient whose roommate is murdered.
Hawaii Five-O is about to begin production on an episode that will be an update on an episode from the original 1970s series. The show, titled “Hookman,” will feature a guest appearance by Robocop’s Peter Weller, who’ll play the villain.
E! has ordered a second season of Married to Jonas.
HBO announced yesterday that they’ll air a Louis C.K. comedy special next year. The special will be taped during a stop on comedian’s 16-city tour. It will be his fourth hour-long special for HBO.
