WOMAN CLAIMS CEE LO ADMITTED DRUGGING HER
The unidentified woman who has accused Cee Lo Green of sexual battery claims to have secretly recorded The Voice coach admitting to giving her ecstasy and then sleeping with her. TMZ reports the woman told cops Cee Lo took her to an LA restaurant in July and slipped her something. She said the next thing she knew she woke up lying naked in his bed. The woman, who doesn’t live in California, went to the police, who had her make a “pretext call” in which she tried to get Cee Lo to acknowledge what he did. She claims during the call Cee Lo talked about MDMA (Ecstasy) but never actually said he put it in her drink. He does say he thought the drug would make their time together more exciting. But Cee Lo sources say the whole story is a lie, and if there really was such a tape the singer would have been arrested by now. The sources also say the woman went to a civil lawyer before going to cops and demanded money to make the story go away.

Leonardo DiCaprio is back on the market. Sources tell Us Weekly the Titanic star and Victoria’s Secret model Erin Heatherton have called it quits after less than a year of dating. HURRICANE SANDY TELETHON RAISES $23 MIL
Friday night’s Hurricane Sandy telethon on NBC raised $23 million for the American Red Cross. The benefit featured performances by Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Jon Bon Jovi, Steven Tyler, Mary J. Blige and Sting.
SHARON OSBOURNE ADMITS TO HAVING A DOUBLE MASTECTOMY
Sharon Osbourne tells Hello! magazine that she had a double mastectomy after discovering she had the BRCA gene, which substantially increases a person’s chances of getting breast cancer. “As soon as I found out I had the breast cancer gene, I thought, ‘The odds are not in my favor,’” said Sharon, who does not currently have breast cancer. Sharon explains she decided to “just take everything off,” because she “didn’t want to live the rest of my life with the shadow hanging over me.” Added Sharon, “It’s not a ‘pity me’ [situation]. It’s a decision I made that’s got rid of this weight I was carrying around.”
JOE SIMPSON WON’T COME OUT PUBLICLY
Reports of Joe Simpson’s dalliances with men continue to flood the tabloids, but don’t expect him to ever come out publicly. Insiders say he plans to keep his sexual preference to himself out of respect for his family. “Joe doesn’t want to publicly admit he’s gay,” a source told Radaronline. “He knows he’s deeply embarrassed Tina, Jessica and Ashlee…As a matter of respect to them, he’s decided that he won’t be commenting about his sexuality; it’s a private discussion for their ears only.” Sources say Joe is also worried about looking like a hypocrite, since as a pastor he’s spoken out against homosexuality.
NO SECOND KIM SEX TAPE
Contrary to rumors that hit the internet last week, a second Kim Kardashian sex tape does not exist. Porn company Vivid Entertainment did some investigating and came to the conclusion that claims of a tape are a lie. "We’ve already spoken to the third party that brought the first tape to us," Vivid honcho Steven Hirsch told TMZ, "and, a second tape, or additional footage from the first tape isn't being shopped around or even exists."

CUBAN OFFERS TRUMP $1 MIL TO SHAVE HEAD
Shark Tank’s Mark Cuban told Fox 4 in Dallas last week that he thought Donald Trump’s $5 million challenge to Barack Obama was “one of the dumbest things ever” and in response, Cuban issued a challenge of his own to the Celebrity Apprentice host. "Donald, you shave your head, $1 million to any charity you want," Cuban said, adding that he’s even willing to go up to $2 million if Trump needs more convincing.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump’s antics are apparently having the opposite effect than he intended on the presidential race. According to a new poll, Trump’s behavior actually pushes people to vote Democrat. Oprah and Ellen DeGeneres were the top celebs to drive support for Democrats, followed closely by Trump in third place. George Clooney landed in fourth followed by Tina Fey in fifth. Interestingly, Mitt Romney supporter Clint Eastwood tied with Eva Longoria for sixth.
FALLON TALKS J.T. WEDDING & LINDSAY RUN-IN
Jimmy Fallon was a guest at the Justin Timberlake/Jessica Biel wedding and had a great time at the festivities. "It was just insane. Everything was just beautiful. It was really, really a beautiful night," Fallon revealed on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live. “I'm just a sucker for weddings. I'm a fun person to invite to a wedding. I dance. I get up. I drink. But then I weep!" As for the bride, Fallon said, “She looked gorgeous. She’s beautiful. She looked like a princess.” In the same interview, Fallon said he ran into Lindsay Lohan at Tao in New York last week, after Hurricane Sandy knocked out power to his downtown apartment. JERSEY SHORE HOME SURVIVES SANDY
While most of Seaside Heights, New Jersey was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy, the house where MTV’s Jersey Shore is filmed somehow survived. Pictures show the house where Snooki and the gang partied was “virtually untouched” by the storm, which crushed the boardwalk t-shirt store where the cast worked. Meanwhile, the cast of Jersey Shore is trying to help the victims of Sandy in their own way. Snooki tweeted Friday, “Cleaning my closet today to donate clothes and whatever I can to the victims affected by sandy! I’m comin with clothes!!!!” Vinny also tweeted that he had donated to the Red Cross, and Pauly D declared Thursday “Jerzday” and started the hashtag #restoretheshore.
TYLER DROPS F-BOMB ON TODAY
Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler accidentally dropped the F-bomb on the Today show Friday. While Al Roker was doing the weather, Tyler could be heard in the background screaming to the crowd, “Thanks for coming out, you crazy f**ks!” And that wasn’t his first mistake of the morning. Earlier, as the camera moved in for a close up of the band, Tyler cheerfully said “Good Morning America,” which, of course, is the name of Today’s ABC rival. Amanda Bynes is denying an In Touch magazine claim that she walked around a New York tanning salon completely naked. “She didn’t seem to care that everyone saw her naked,” said a witness, who added that Amanda was “painfully thin” and “seemed totally out of it.” But Bynes says the story’s not true. “I’m suing In Touch for printing a fake story,” she told Us Weekly. "I'm not 'troubled.' I don't get naked in public. I'm 26, a multi-millionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy."

LUCAS TO DONATE DISNEY MONEY TO CHARITY
George Lucas made $4 billion selling Lucasfilm to Disney last week but all that money isn’t going into his bank account. A spokesperson for the director says Lucas plans to donate most of those funds to a foundation that will focus on educational issues. "For 41 years, the majority of my time and money has been put into the company," said Lucas in a statement. "As I start a new chapter in my life, it is gratifying that I have the opportunity to devote more time and resources to philanthropy."
FLASHDANCE STAR ARRESTED FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Flashdance star Michael Nouri was arrested Thursday on suspicion of felony domestic violence. Cops were called to the actor’s Beverly Hills home at around 6 pm and were told Nouri and his girlfriend were fighting and it turned physical. Cops saw visible marks on Nouri’s girlfriend and arrested him. He was later released on $50,000 bail.

TV TIDBITS
USA has cancelled Fairly Legal after two seasons. The show’s star, Sarah Shahi, recently landed a recurring role on NBC’s Chicago Fire. In other USA news….the limited series Political Animals, starring Sigourney Weaver, will stay that way. Although there were expectations the show may turn into a regular series, the network has decided not to move forward with any more episodes.
TLC has renewed Long Island Medium for a third season.
Fox has announced that the series finale of Fringe will air with two back-to-back episodes, airing January 18th.
