Kim Kardashian’s sex tape may come back to haunt her again. Showbizspy claims a new tape is currently being shopped for $40 million, which, according to a source, is “even raunchier than the one that made her famous.”  The footage is once again of Kim with ex-beau Ray J., and sources say it shows Kim performing a variety of erotic acts. “There are all kinds of eye-popping moments,” said a source. “Kim fears this will damage her relationship with Kanye West.”

CEE LO ACCUSED OF SEXUAL BATTERY

A woman in Los Angeles is accusing Cee Lo Green of assault. According to TMZ, the unnamed woman filed a police report earlier this week, accusing The Voice coach of sexual battery. Details of the incident are not known, but cops have reportedly gone to an LA restaurant connected to the case and interviewed employees and the manager. Green told the site he hasn’t been to that restaurant in three months, adding, “Nothing ever happened there or anywhere else."

SNOOKI & JIONNI TOGETHER FOR THE FAME

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is a happy new mom, but it sounds like she may never be a happy new bride. According to Star, Snooki and baby daddy Jionni LaValle, who welcomed baby Lorenzo in August, are headed towards a breakup and are only staying together for the fame.  “Snooki is desperate to stay famous,” a source told the tab. “She can’t stand to be around Jionni. She’s only going to go through with the wedding for a million-dollar payday.” Jionni is said to be fed up that Snooki still wants to go out and party like her pre-baby days, and Snooki is upset because Jionni doesn’t do anything to help with Lorenzo. Things are so bad, the source claims they can’t be in the same room together without fighting. Snooki quickly took to Twitter to deny the story. “LOL star magazine & radar online are the biggest bullsh*tters ever,” wrote Snooki. “Worst tabloid outlets ever.. GET YOUR SH*T CORRECT!”

TYLER ENGAGEMENT OFF?

Steven Tyler got engaged last year, but he may not be walking down the aisle anytime soon. The New York Post reports there’s trouble in paradise for the former American Idol judge and fiancée Erin Brady. Insiders say the pair has quietly split,  and his band Aerosmith’s upcoming tour is partly to blame.  They say it’s been hard for Tyler to stay clean and sober while touring and maintaining his relationship.  And other insiders say the band isn’t really a big fan of Tyler’s fiancée. “She’s been kind of a Yoko Ono character,” claims a source.  A rep for Tyler says the pair is still engaged, adding, “any claim to the contrary is absolutely false and misleading.”

Talk about awkward….Katy Perry had a near run-in with her ex-husband Russell Brand, after both stars attended Tuesday’s Los Angeles Lakers game against the Dallas Mavericks. Katy went to the game with her father, while Brand sat next to two young boys.  There’s no indication the exes actually came in contact with each other, especially since they sat on opposite sides of the arena.

Britney Spears’ ex boyfriend Adnan Ghalib took the stand at the Sam Lutfi trial earlier this week and testified that Brit’s mom Lynne asked him to lie so Sam would be blamed for Britney’s infamous breakdown.  “She requested that I say [to the media] Sam Lutfi was responsible for Britney Spears's behavior,” said Ghalib, a member of the paparazzi who started dating Brit back in December, 2007.  Ghalib also denied Sam ever took Britney’s cell phone or kept her from her dog, all allegations that came from the Spears’ camp.  He did admit to smuggling a disposable cell phone to Britney in 2008, long after her father Jamie got legal control over his daughter.  Meanwhile, Jamie also took the stand, admitting that he once “touched” Sam during a confrontation, but denying Sam’s claim that Jamie beat him up.

British supermodel Kate Moss is opening up about her failed relationship with Johnny Depp. The two stars began dating in 1994, and ended things in 1998. HACKMAN SLAPPED HOMELESS MAN

Actor Gene Hackman is being accused of hitting a homeless man in New Mexico. According to TMZ, the 82-year-old slapped Bruce Becker across the face after he threatened the actor and his wife Betsy Arakawa as they were leaving a Santa Fe restaurant. Becker allegedly called Arakawa a “c**t.” After the incident, Becker called the cops, but it was determined that Hackman acted in self-defense and no charges were filed.

CHEERS STAR WENDT HOSPITALIZED

Former Cheers star George Wendt was hospitalized in Chicago earlier this week after experiencing chest pains. The medical scare has forced Wendt to drop out of the stage production of The Odd Couple, which is set to start November 9^th in the Windy City. According to the director of the theater company, Wendt is expected to “make a full recovery.”

AFFLECK ALMOST DIRECTED HOMELAND

During a speech in Los Angeles Monday night, Ben Affleck revealed that he almost directed the pilot for Showtime’s hit Homeland. "It's true! I was going to do Homeland," he explained. "I liked the show. I signed on. The guys were ready.”  Unfortunately his wife Jennifer Garner’s career got in the way. “I don't want to blame it on her, but my wife and I have an arrangement where when she works, I don't work and when I work, she doesn't work," Affleck shared. "She said, 'I have this movie, it's 10 weeks, it's in Atlanta.' I said, 'Okay, forget it. According to TMZ, Miley recently shot a video for her new song “Decisions,” and it features 20-year-old porn star Jessie Andrews. PITT DONATES $100K FOR MARRIAGE EQUALITY

Brad Pitt has made a $100,000 donation to the Human Rights Campaign in support of marriage equality. The money will go towards the group’s efforts in Maine, Maryland, Minnesota and Washington State. “It’s unbelievable to me that people’s lives and relationships are literally being voted on in a matter of days,” wrote Pitt on the group’s website.  “But that’s the system we have and I’m not going to back down from the fight for loving and committed couples to have the ability to marry. Especially when groups like the Human Rights Campaign are fighting these battles day-in and day-out.”

Gerard Butler, whose new film Chasing Mavericks is in theaters now, has signed on to star in Dynamo, the true story of a landmark soccer game that took place between an occupied Ukrainian soccer team and their Nazi captors during World War II. Butler will play the Ukrainian team’s goalie, who served as a leader for his team.

Josh Duhamel is in talks to join Emmy Rossum and Hilary Swank in the film You’re Not You. The flick stars Rossum as a self-absorbed college student who goes through a life change when she gets a part-time job caring for a woman (Swank) with ALS.

TV TIDBITS

Fairly Legal star Sarah Shahi has landed a recurring role on NBC’s Chicago Fire. She’ll play Renee, a love interest for Lt. Kelly Severeid, the role played by Lady Gaga’s real-life boyfriend Taylor Kinney.  Chicago Fire airs Wednesday on NBC.

The USA Network announced yesterday that White Collar will return to the schedule on January 22^nd, while Suits will be back January 17^th and Necessary Roughness returns January 23^rd.
