TRESPASSER ARRESTED AT CRUISE HOME

Cops arrested a trespasser at Tom Cruise’s California home Sunday night. Police say Jason Sullivan, one of the star’s neighbors, was drunk when he attempted to scale a fence at the actor’s Beverly Hills home. He was immediately caught by security, who tasered him. When cops arrived, Sullivan was trying to run away from the guard. He was cited for trespassing  and released. Cops think that since Sullivan was intoxicated, and lives in a home “adjacent” to Tom’s,  he may have entered the property by mistake. TMZ reports that Cruise has decided not to press charges against Sullivan.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney are about to launch Khroma Beauty, a cosmetics line that will be sold in drugstores like CVS and Ulta. Well, Michael Rey, co-owner of the high-end line Chroma Makeup in Beverly Hills, is getting ready to sue if they go forward with the product. He says he spent 12 years developing his brand, and the Kardashians’ name is so similar it will cause confusion in the marketplace.  Rey has already hired a lawyer and hopes to convince the Kardashians to change their name. If not, he’s prepared to sue. But sources tell TMZ the family already filed trademarks for "Kardashian Khroma" and "Khroma Beauty by Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe" earlier this summer, and believe they will prevail if a lawsuit is brought against them.  In fact, while the Kardashian request hasn’t been approved, they are telling friends that Rey never filed for any trademark on the name so he has no case.

"Let's use our clear eyes and full hearts to vote early. Let's use our clear eyes and full hearts to tell every friend, family member and neighbor about what's at stake for women in this election. What's at stake for all of us. If we women make ourselves aware of the issues and make our voices heard, we most certainly cannot lose."
