JUSTIN APOLOGIZES FOR HOMELESS WEDDING VIDEO
Justin Timberlake apologized Friday for the video mocking homeless people made by his friend for the singer’s $6.5 million Italian wedding to Jessica Biel. In the letter Justin calls the video “distasteful,” and explains that contrary to reports, it was not shown at the wedding and he had nothing to do with its creation. "I am deeply sorry to anyone who was offended by [it],” he writes. "I was always taught that we as people, no matter what your race, sex, or stature may be, are equal." As for the friend who made the video, Justin writes, “My friends are good people. This was clearly a lapse in judgment which I'm sure no one who is reading this is exempt from. But, I don't believe it was made to be insensitive." He adds, “You can bet your ass that I'm having my friend do at least 100 hours of community service... Boom."

Jessica Biel is changing her name now that she’s a married woman. She tells People she plans to legally become Jessica Timberlake, although she’ll still use Biel professionally. “I think it sounds great,” she said. “I think I really won the jackpot of names.”

Bobby Brown was officially charged with DUI Thursday, after being arrested in Los Angeles on Wednesday. He was also charged with driving on a restricted license and driving a vehicle without a vehicle interlock device. Those two charges are a result of Bobby’s DUI conviction earlier this year. Sources tell TMZ that Brown’s latest arrest may be just what he needed to convince him to get help. Friends are saying Brown is finally admitting he has a drinking problem, and may soon head to rehab. It won’t be his first trip to rehab, but insiders believe he’s ready to take it seriously this time.

Cissy Houston has reportedly dropped her attempt to keep granddaughter Bobbi Kristina from her mother’s money. Cissy and Pat Houston (the co-executors of Whitney’s estate) had filed a lawsuit trying to keep the 19-year-old from her inheritance, claiming she is being surrounded by bad influences. But Cissy and Pat have now backed down, and reached a deal with Bobbi Kristina which, according to TMZ, didn’t really change the terms of the teen’s payout. BRING IT ON ACTRESS NATINA REED KILLED
Singer/actress Natina Reed, a member of the R&B group Blaque who appeared in the film Bring It On, was killed Friday night in Atlanta after being hit by a car. Reed, who would have turned 33 on Sunday, was a protégé of the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes. Cops say she was in the roadway on the Lawrenceville Highway and it was determined that the driver was not at fault. Reed is survived by her 10-year-old son Tren Brown, whose father is Dogg Pound rapper Karupt.
