JUSTIN & JESSICA WEDDING CELEBRATIONS BEGIN!
The wedding festivities have started for Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel. On Wednesday, the couple hosted a pre-wedding beach party for more than 50 guests in Puglia, Italy. The event, attended by Andy Samberg and Timberlake’s buddy Johnny Wright, took place at Cala Masciola beach on the Adriatic Sea. Guests enjoyed dinner and cocktails, as well as a 10-minute fireworks display. Sources tell Gossip Cop that guests of the wedding were told to get themselves to Frankfurt, Germany by Tuesday, and from there they were all flown by private jet to Naples. Each guest was given a pin to identify themselves as part of the festivities, and they have to wear it throughout the week. In addition, guests were told to leave the kids at home, and were informed that they needed to commit to the entire week or not come to the wedding at all.

Meanwhile, The Sun claims Justin and his groomsman have been secretly rehearsing a routine to the N’SYNC tune “It’s Gonna Be Me,” which they’ll perform at the wedding. “Justin’s been working on this for months. Jessica used to love the track growing up and he wants it to be a special treat,” said a source. “It will be very much tongue-in-cheek. There will be loads of exaggerated boy band moves and poses. She’s going to love it.”

After two failed marriages (to David Justice and Eric Benet), Berry is engaged to French actor Olivier Martinez, and tells InStyle that she really didn’t expect to ever walk down the aisle again. “It's another one of those never-say-never things,” said Berry. “I'm a hopeless romantic, and I won't stop till I get it right!" The actress is head over heels for her new man, but admits it wasn’t exactly love at first sight. "When I first met Olivier, there wasn't the initial, 'I'm in love!' SAM LUTFI TRIAL AGAINST BRITNEY SPEARS BEGINS!
Opening statements began yesterday in Sam Lutfi’s breach of contract and defamation suit against Britney Spears and her family. In his opening statement, Lutfi’s lawyer claimed that Britney was a drug user who “liked to use amphetamines,” and insisted that Sam tried to get Britney clean but to no avail. He allegedly wanted to bring in a new team to help save Britney, and even brought drug sniffing dogs to her house and found a bag of meth. In fact, it got so bad, Sam’s lawyer claimed Britney shaved her head because she was worried a judge would ask her for a hair sample and she’d test positive for drugs and take away her kids. Sam also claimed that the night Britney was brought to the the psych ward back in 2008 she took a huge amount of amphetamines, about six to 8 pills early in the day, and several more later. As for Britney’s dad, Sam’s lawyer claims JamieSpears once attacked Sam when Sam was working for Britney. He insisted that Britney actually approached Sam about being her manager, and had offered him 15% of her total earnings; about $800,00 a month when she wasn’t on tour, and millions when she was.

Anna Nicole Smith’s former lawyer/ex may finally go to jail in connection with her death. Howard K. Stern was found guilty of conspiracy to provide Anna Nicole with drugs, but the judge in the case threw out the convictions claiming there was insufficient evidence to find him guilty. Well, yesterday an appellate court ruled the trial judge made the wrong call by throwing out the verdict, and sent the case back to the judge to sentence Stern. Stern now faces prison time, but could also get probation or the judge could reduce the felonies to misdemeanors. There is also a chance the judge could dismiss the case again but for other legal reasons.
PHOENIX DOESN’T WANT AN OSCAR!
Joaquin Phoenix is getting a lot of Oscar buzz for his work in The Master, but he may have just ruined his chances. When asked by Interview magazine what he thought about dealing with the award show hoopla, he didn’t sound too enthusiastic. “I’m just saying that I think it’s bullsh–t,” says Phoenix. “I think it’s total, utter bulls–t, and I don’t want to be a part of it. I don’t believe in it. It’s a carrot, but it’s the worst-tasting carrot I’ve ever tasted in my whole life. I don’t want this carrot.”

Is Danielle Staub going to be making a return to Real Housewives of New Jersey? The controversial castmate, who was booted from the show back in 2010, recently met with Bravo exec Andy Cohen and hinted that a return may be in the cards. “It was a general meeting,” she told TMZ. “There was a lot of talk about everything - including Housewives.” Staub coming back is bound to make for great TV, considering she hates all of her former castmates. When asked if she’s talked to any of them, Staub replied, “no, I have absolutely no interest in speaking to any of them.”

Newsweek editor Tina Brown announced yesterday that after 80 years the magazine will go all-digital starting next year. The December 31st edition will the last one in print. The online version, to be called Newsweek Global, will be subscription-based and available for e-readers, tablets and the web.

Some say he’s the greatest Olympian who ever lived, and now Men’s Fitness magazine has named Michael Phelps the Fittest Man of All Time. Phelps won the title thanks to his many achievements, as well as his five-hour workout regime. Well, now the National Enquirer reports that Moran’s former Happy Days co-star Henry Winkler, a.k.a. The Fonz, is trying to help her out by getting her a job. Sources tell the tab Winkler is trying to get Moran a part on the upcoming Arrested Development season. Winkler is currently reprising his role of clumsy lawyer Barry Zuckerkorn on the series. “Henry is absolutely shattered over what’s become of Erin,” claims a source. “He desperately wants to help her get back on her feet.”

BAY RESPONDS TO COMPLAINING TRANSFORMERS STARS!
Megan Fox and Shia LaBeouf have both bad-mouthed their Transformers films, and the latest to join the chorus is actor Hugo Weaving, who was the voice of Megatron. During an interview with Collider, Weaving basically said his voiceover work was just a check to him. “It was one of the only things I’ve ever done where I had no knowledge of it, I didn’t care about it, I didn’t think about it,” said Weaving. “They wanted me to do it. In one way, I regret that bit. I don’t regret doing it, but I very rarely do something if it’s meaningless.” Well, Transformers director Michael Bay is sick of people trashing his blockbusters, and took to his website to address all the complaints. “Do you ever get sick of actors that make $15 million a picture, or even $200,000 for voiceover work that took a brisk one hour and 43 minutes to complete, and then complain about their jobs?,” he wrote. “With all the problems facing our world today, do these grumbling thespians really think people reading the news actually care about trivial complaints that their job wasn’t “artistic enough” or “fulfilling enough”? [...] What happened to people who had integrity, who did a job, got paid for their hard work, and just smiled afterward? Be happy you even have a job — let alone a job that pays you more than 98% of the people in America.” Bay eventually took down the post.
DETAILS ON FLAV’S ARREST!
Some new information has come out regarding Flavor Flav’s arrest earlier this week. The rapper/reality show star was busted Wednesday for misdemeanor battery and felony assault with a deadly weapon, stemming from a fight with his fiancée and her teenage son. According to the Las Vegas police report, Flav and his fiancée got into an argument over accusations he had cheated on her and things quickly turned violent. Flav allegedly threw his 39-year-old fiancée to the ground and ripped out her earrings. The woman’s 17-year-old son tried to defend his mom, at which point Flav chased him around the house while holding two knives. Flav allegedly kicked down a locked door to get near the teen, and threatened to kill him. Flav is denying he chased the teen or threatened to kill him. He was released from jail after posting $23,000 bail and is due back in court next week.

Married Dancing with the Stars hoofers Anna Trebunskaya and Jonathan Roberts have called it quits. In a joint statement, the couple announced earlier this week that they are getting a divorce after nine years of marriage. “We have enjoyed more than a decade of a very loving, loyal and happy relationship, but after much soul searching, we have decided to end our marriage,” they told People magazine. “We are committed to staying friends and dance partners. We have immense respect for each other as people and performers.” Trebunskaya and partner Drew Lachey were eliminated from Dancing with the Stars All-Stars last week. Roberts previously competed on seven seasons of the show.

Gerard Butler is opening up about his stint in rehab earlier this year. “Maybe a stronger person wouldn’t have needed to go,” he tells the November issue of Men’s Journal. “When you hear the word rehab, you think, ‘he’s a mess, he’s f**ked up.’ But I’m glad I did it. I’ve made a sh*tload of wrong decisions in my life. But I know I’ve made some right ones as well.” Butler says the rumor he was seeking treatment for alcohol abuse really “pissed (him) off.” “I haven't had a drink in 15 years," he says, explaining that he went to Betty Ford for a pain-management program after being injured on the set of his movie Chasing Mavericks, which opens October 26th. "I was actually taking a minimal amount [of pills] when I went in,” he says. “It was more about becoming a mental warrior and not letting pain bother you. The [instructor] would say, ‘I don't want to hear about your f--king MRIs or your f--king X-rays...Let's learn how to say to the pain, F--k you.'"

The New Line/Warner Bros. fantasy adventure film Jack the Giant Killer has been renamed Jack the Giant Slayer, and will now come out on March 1st. The 3D epic, starring X Men’s Nicholas Hoult, Ewan McGregor and Stanley Tucci, was originally set to hit theaters on March 22nd.
