It’s a boy for Megan Fox and husband Brian Austin Green. The couple announced yesterday that son Noah Shannon was born on September 27th. “We have been very lucky to have had a peaceful few weeks at home, but I would like to release this myself before others do,” Fox, 26, wrote on her Facebook page Wednesday. “I gave birth to our son Noah Shannon Green on September 27th. He is healthy, happy, and perfect.” This is the first child for the Transformers star, and the second for Green. He has a ten-year-old son Kassius from his previous relationship with Vanessa Marcil. “We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love,” Fox continued. “Thanks to those of you who wish to send your positive energy and well wishes. May God bless you and your families abundantly.”

Charlie Sheen didn’t only lose his Two and a Half Men gig to Ashton Kutcher, he also lost his spot as the Highest Paid Man on TV. The new Forbes list is out and Kutcher now tops it, with earnings of $24 million between May 2011 and May 2012. Charlie, who earned the top spot last year with $40 mil, didn’t even make this year’s list. Second behind Kutcher was former House star Hugh Laurie and Men of a Certain Age’s Ray Romano, who both made $18 mil. It’s taken three months for Uma Thurman and boyfriend Arpad Busson to release the name of their daughter, and now that it’s out ,it’s quite a doozy. “I would like to announce Uma and Arki’s daughter’s name for the first time officially: Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson, better known to family and friends as Luna,” the actress’s rep told People. While the couple did not reveal the inspiration for the moniker, the rep adds, “Each name has a special reason and meaning to her mother and father.” Luna is the couple’s first child together. Uma is also mom to Maya Ray and Levon from her marriage to Ethan Hawke, and Arpad is dad to Flynn and Cy Busson from his relationship with model Elle MacPherson.

Lawyers for Britney Spears have planned their attack against her ex manager Sam Lutfi, who is suing Britney and her family for defamation and breach of contract. Lutfi claims Britney signed a contract making him her manager, but Brit’s lawyers plan to argue she was too drugged up to be competent enough to sign anything. And what’s worse, they say it was Sam who provided her with the drugs. Lawyers plan to paint Sam as a sleazy drug pusher who fed Brit drugs in order to control her and isolate her from her friends and family.

Bachelorette Emily Maynard and fiancé Jef Holm announced they called it quits on Tuesday, which doesn’t surprise many people who knew Emily. One friend told Us Weekly, "Emily was extremely miserable. She was like, 'I'm dying, I'm dying here,’” while another added, “Emily decided she’s had enough.” Jef has already changed his Facebook status from “engaged” to “single,” and both have stopped following each other on Twitter. As for one of the main problems in their relationship, a source told Us Emily and Jef “have nothing to talk about.”
KRIS SAVED KHLOE’S X FACTOR DEAL!
On Tuesday, Khloe Kardashian was officially named as the new host of The X Factor, but she may not have gotten the gig if it wasn’t for her momager Kris Jenner. TMZ reports that Khloe’s negotiations had come to a standstill because Fox and E!, which airs the Kardashian reality shows, couldn’t work out a deal to allow Khloe on both networks. X Factor was ready to walk away when Kris intervened. A source claims Kris “stepped in over the agents…over everyone,” and forced the two networks to make a deal. COBAIN TRESPASSER PLEADS NOT GUILTY!
A man who was caught at Frances Bean Cobain’s California home has been charged with 1st degree burglary. Marc James Franco, 22, who is homeless, pled not guilty to the charge, despite being caught red-handed in the 19-year-old’s pad. Franco was discovered by a relative who went to the home to take care of Cobain’s dog. He claimed he was a friend of Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love’s daughter, but the relative didn’t believe him and called the cops. When police contacted Cobain she said she did not know who he was. He faces up to six years in prison if convicted.

Looks like Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell are headed down the aisle soon. Radaronline reports the couple, who’ve been dating for more than a year, was seen picking up a marriage license in Beverly Hills on Tuesday. “They looked like any other young couple in love,” said a witness. “They were just waiting in line like regular people, holding hands and at one point Jamie leaned over and kissed Evan – they certainly looked excited and happy.” The couple first began dating back in 2005 after meeting on the set of the Green Day video “Wake Me Up When September Ends.” After a year of dating they split up, only to reunite in summer 2011.

Angelina Jolie has donated $50,000 to Daily Beast founder Tina Brown’s Women in the World Foundation in the name of 14-year-old Pakistani activist Malala Yousafzai. Malala was shot by the Taliban last week and is currently at a UK hospital where doctors are trying to repair damage to her skull. "As a response to Malala's bravery, girls across Pakistan, Afghanistan and the world are standing up and saying, 'I am Malala'—and this is our opportunity to show the same solidarity," wrote Jolie and Brown in a joint statement on Women in the World's website.

Rapper/reality show star Flavor Flav was arrested in Vegas early Wednesday morning for assault with a deadly weapon. According to cops, Flav got into a heated argument with his fiancée and a teenager in his house. Flav allegedly threatened one person with a knife during the argument, and battered another. His fiancée called 911 and Flav was arrested on two charges – felony assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor domestic violence. He is being held on $23,000 bail.

NOTE CONTENT: Comedian Sarah Silverman’s father has come to her defense after an Orthodox rabbi criticized his daughter’s life choices. Rabbi Yaakov Rosenblatt published an open letter in which he wrote, “I think, Sarah, that marriage and childrearing are not in the cards for you because you can’t focus on building life when you spend your days and nights tearing it down. FOX CLAIMS EXTORTION BEHIND ABUSE CHARGES!
Matthew Fox has gone into a bit more detail about what happened the night he was arrested in Cleveland for allegedly hitting a female bus driver named Heather Bormann. He told Ellen DeGeneres yesterday that the whole thing was a hoax designed to try and extort money from him. "I was actually sucker punched in the face by a man and I retaliated against the man that sucker punched me in the face. So a fight broke out and she was a woman that was in proximity to that, and she decided that she was going to write up a different version of events that happened that night and try and extort money from me. That was what went down," Fox explained. "And it went into first a criminal case. Because she alleged that I hit her." He added, “The prosecutors in Cleveland took about six seconds to see that it was hoax and threw that out.” Bormann then sued Fox in civil court, which took a long time but now he says, “it's in the past and the case was dismissed. Robert Pattinson is in talks to star opposite Carey Mulligan in the drama Hold on to Me. The Twilight star will play Jimmy, who is manipulated by the money-hungry social-climber portrayed by Mulligan. She hatches a plot to kidnap and bury the town's richest man, but things don’t go as planned.
Tom Cruise is attached to star in the sci-fi flick Our Name is Adam. Details of the plot have not been released.
Precious director Lee Daniels, whose new film The Paperboy is in theaters now, is in talks to direct the Janis Joplin biopic Get It While You Can. Amy Adams is attached to star as the hard-living rocker, best known for such classics as “Piece of My Heart,” and “Me and Bobby McGee.”

Fox is developing a U.S. version of the UK hit comedy Gavin & Stacey. The series will focus on the key life moments of the title characters as they try to maintain their relationship while combining their polarizing families. The original, written by James Corden and Ruth Jones (who also appeared in the show), started as a digital-only broadcast on BBC Three, but eventually aired as a series which ran for three seasons.
The CW earlier this week ordered a 20th cycle of America’s Next Top Model, which will look a bit different from its predecessors. According to E!, for the first time ever, the hit show will allow male models to compete. The new season will debut in summer 2013.
Extra host Mario Lopez’s wedding to fiancée Courtney Maza will be televised on TLC. The two-hour wedding special will air December 8th at 8 pm.
First Lady Michelle Obama will make her first appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on October 25th.
TNT has ordered six episodes of Frank Darabont’s period drama L.A. Noir, which stars The Walking Dead’sJon Bernthal (Shane) and Justified’sNeal McDonough. The series chronicles the battle between L.A. Police Chief William Parker (McDonough) and mobster Mickey Cohen during the 1940s and 50s.
