DINA WANTS LINDSAY TO BE LEGALLY ‘‘DONE’’ WITH MICHAEL!

Lindsay Lohan said she was “done” with her father Michael after he taped the phone conversation they had while she was fighting with her mother Dina and sold it to TMZ. Well, now Dina wants her to take legal steps to really make that happen. According to TMZ, Dina wants Lindsay, as well as her other kids Cody, Ali and Michael, Jr., to take out a permanent order of protection against Michael barring him from contacting them in any way, including phone calls, texts and emails.  There’s no word on whether Lindsay feels the same way as her mother.  Meanwhile, Michael believes that it is Dina who is the bad influence on Lindsay, explaining, “I supposed Dina got wind that I want the court and Child Protective Services to investigate her.”   Finally, Lindsay’s announced interview with Barbara Walters will air November 16^th on ABC’s 20/20. The sit-down will coincide with her Lifetime movie Liz & Dick, which is scheduled to air November 25^th.

CROWE’S WIFE TO GET BIG DIVORCE SETTLEMENT!

Now that Russell Crowe and his wife-of-nine-years Danielle Spencer have separated, speculation about the divorce settlement has started. And according to The Mail, Spencer stands to get at least $32 million from the split. Not only will she get a chunk of Crowe’s movie money, which according to their prenup she was eligible for once they were married three years, Crowe also has some sizeable investments she could claim a stake in, including a Sydney soccer club, a gymnasium and a beef production company.  He also owns properties worth at least $48 million. As for the reason for their split, some sources blame Crowe’s work schedule, which has kept him in New York and L.A. while Spencer has been in Sydney with their two kids. Others allege rumors of Spencer’s friendship with her Dancing with the Stars partner Damian Whitewood were to blame. She and Whitewood were seen out together in June, and some suggested she turned to him because she was lonely while Crowe was away.

FEY & POEHLER TO HOST GOLDEN GLOBES!

There will be some girl power at the Golden Globes this year. Executive producers of the show announced yesterday that Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will host the 70^th Annual Golden Globe Awards, airing live on NBC on January 13^th.  Said producers in a statement, “It’s exciting to have two of the most respected names in comedy. Amy and Tina’s well known chemistry along with their spontaneity and glamour makes them a perfect fit for the Golden Globes.”

SCARLETT SPLITS FROM BEAU!

Scarlett Johansson’s back on the market. Sources tell Us Weekly that The Avengers star has split from her NYC ad exec boyfriend Nate Taylor. The couple, who’ve been dating for about a year, broke up within the last week.

PATTINSON & STEWART STEP OUT TOGETHER!

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart took their reunion public over the weekend. Witnesses saw the pair at the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood Saturday, where they attended a friend’s birthday party.  A source claims the couple “snuck into the garden from a private side entrance,” with another witness claiming they were seen “whispering very close and intimately.” It seems to be perfect timing for a reunion, considering they’re about to begin promoting the new Twilight movie. Coincidence? Doubtful.

SHAFFER MAY LEAVE LETTERMAN!

David Letterman may have to start looking for a new bandleader. Paul Shaffer, who has been with Letterman since 1982, revealed in an interview with TV Guide Canada that he may be looking to leave his Late Show sidekick gig when his contract is up. “We’ve been on 30 years so now we’ve got another two,” he said. “I’m going to be certainly ready to lie down after that, take a nap.” But, of course, it’s possible Shaffer could change his mind. “Life is nutty – anything can happen,”  he added. “I’ve been so lucky and blessed to be working this long in show business. And whatever happens now is just gravy to me.”

Kanye West does not like to be asked about Kim Kardashian’s ex-boyfriends. It was reported Monday that Kim and Kanye had dined Sunday in the same Miami restaurant as Kim’s ex Reggie Bush and his pregnant girlfriend Lilit Avagyan, although later reports suggest they were dining in neighboring restaurants and the two couples never saw each other. Regardless, as Kim and Kanye were leaving their place, a female photographer asked the rapper if he had congratulated Reggie on his baby-to-be. Well, Kanye did not care for that one bit and grabbed for the woman’s camera. Kim actually seemed proud of her man’s actions, and was caught smirking as the paparazzo ran off.

NASSIF DENIES HE BEAT WIFE!

Adrienne Maloof’s chef Bernie Guzman yesterday posted pictures of Adrienne with bruises all over her back, and strongly insinuated her ex Dr. Paul Nassif was responsible for them. "ADRIENNE MALOOF WAS PUSHED TO THE GROUND. PUNCHED & BEATEN ... HE IS A BEAST,” Guzman wrote on his Facebook page alongside the disturbing pictures. "THIS IS ABOUT SAVING THE LIFE. OF A MOTHER AND HER CHILDREN ... EVERYONE NEEDS TO SEE THESE PICTURES ... NOW!" But Nassif is strongly denying he was responsible for the bruises.  "Any suggestion that the photos show my client struck Adrienne Maloof is a complete fabrication,” his lawyer told TMZ.  "No physical assault ever occurred." As for how she got the injuries, the lawyer said, "I can't speculate how these marks occurred.  I know the woman does martial arts."

Justin Bieber doesn’t seem to be worried about his future. Over the weekend, Sharon Osbourne addressed a convention in Sydney, Australia and said she believed Justin did not have staying power, explaining that the 18-year-old “is a really great little guy. But that’s his problem — he’s a little guy.” Sharon explained, “His fans are growing up, they’re 18, 19-year-olds now… they’re young women. BACHELOR RACE DISCRIMINATION SUIT THROWN OUT!

A judge in Tennessee yesterday threw out a lawsuit filed by two African American men against producers of ABC’s The Bachelor.  In the suit, the two men said they were rejected from the show purely based on the color of their skin,. They pointed out that all previous Bachelors had been white and accused producers of intentionally not hiring men of color because they feared an interracial relationship would turn off the show’s “predominantly white viewership.” But the judge yesterday threw out the case on a 1^st Amendment basis. He ruled that a court cannot tell producers how to cast a production.

BYNES’ LAWYERS PLEAD NOT GUILTY

Lawyers for Amanda Bynes yesterday entered a not guilty plea on her behalf on two counts of driving on a suspended license. Amanda was pulled over in California last month, and was ticketed when cops discovered her license had been suspended. They then impounded her black BMW. Bynes is due back in court November 29^th. She is also facing one charge of DUI and two charges of hit and run.

HULK TO SUE FRIEND OVER SEX TAPE!

Hulk Hogan is suing his best friend. TMZ reports that the former wrestler has filed a  lawsuit against Bubba the Love Sponge and his wife Heather for secretly taping Hulk’s fling with Heather. Hogan has also filed a $100 million lawsuit against Gawker.com for publishing footage of the tape on its website.

SALAHI ENGAGED TO JOURNEY ROCKER!

Former White House Party crasher Michaele Salahi and Journey’s Neal Schon are engaged. The rocker popped the question Sunday night while the band was playing a benefit for the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center. Schon called the reality show star on stage and proposed with a huge 11.4 carat ring. The band then began singing their song “Faithfully.” Michaele was officially divorced from husband Tareq back in August.

�� Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney has cancelled his Thursday appearance on ABC’s The View. His wife Ann will appear on the show alone instead. Romney’s people blamed the cancellation on a scheduling problem.

�� Meanwhile, one day later (October 19^th), First Lady Michelle Obama will be on LIVE with Kelly and Michael. This is the First Lady’s fourth visit to LIVE.

�� Bravo has announced that the second season of the Shahs of Sunset will premiere Sunday, December 2^nd at 10 pm.

�� Bachelorette Ashley Hebert’s wedding to J.P. Rosenbaum will air as a TV special on ABC this December. The couple became engaged in August, 2011 during the finale of The Bachelorette.

�� The third season premiere of The Walking Dead attracted 10.9 million viewers, a 50% increase from the second season premiere. The number is even more impressive considering DISH network subscribers are not getting AMC right now because of a dispute. Sunday night’s premiere was the most watched drama telecast in basic cable history.

�� Lena Dunham tweeted yesterday that the second season of Girls will premiere January 13^th on HBO.

�� Clark Gregg will reprise his character of agent Phil Coulson in Joss Whedon’s Avengers TV spinoff S.H.I.E.L.D. As anyone who saw The Avengers knows, Gregg’s character Coulson (spoiler alert) heroically died in the film.

�� Angel’s Gina Torres has joined the cast of NBC’s Hannibal, a contemporary take on the Hannibal Lecter story. She’ll play the wife of Laurence Fishburne’s G-Man Jack Crawford, a role that shouldn’t be too tough, considering she’s Fishburne’s real-life wife. Hannibal, which stars Hugh Dancy as FBI agent Will Graham and Mads Mikkelsen as his mentor Dr. Hannibal Lecter (before he became a serial killer), will premiere midseason.

�� Lost’s Mark Pellegrino (Jacob) will guest star on an upcoming episode of Person of Interest, reuniting him with Lost cast mate Michael Emerson (Ben Linus). Pellegrino will play an edgy and charming head of a popular publishing empire.

�� Disney announced yesterday that Iron Man 3 and Thor: The Dark World will both be released in 3D. Iron Man 3 hits theaters May 3^rd, 2013, while the Thor sequel will be released July 26^th, 2013.

�� Inglourious Basterds’ Christoph Waltz will play former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev in Mike Newell’s film Reykjavik. The movie centers on the now famous 1986 meeting between President Ronald Reagan (played by Michael Douglas) and Gorbachev in Iceland that signaled the end of the Cold War. Production on the film will begin in March.
