BOBBI KRISTINA CONFIRMS ENGAGEMENT!

It’s been rumored for a while, but we finally have confirmation that Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina is engaged. The revelation is made in a trailer for the upcoming reality show The Houstons: On Our Own, which premieres October 24^th on Lifetime. The clip shows Bobbi telling her family that she plans to marry her “adopted brother” Nick Gordon, who was raised by Whitney since the age of twelve.

LINDSAY ESCAPES TO LA/HELPED MOM WITH MONEY BEFORE!

Just hours after feuding with her mother, Lindsay Lohan got out of New York City. The Mean Girls star flew to Los Angeleson a private jet Wednesday so she could host a launch party for an energy drink called Mr. Pink. The owners of Mr. Pink offered to give Lindsay a lift on their jet in order to make sure she got back to the west coast in time.  Meanwhile, the $40,000 Lindsay and Dina were fighting about Wednesday wasn’t the first loan Linds gave her mom to keep her Long Island home from foreclosure. Back in 2010, Dina made a deal with the bank to prevent foreclosure, and Lindsay was the one who shelled out the dough. Dina recently fell behind on payments again, which is why Lindsay lent her the $40K. Lindsay is now backtracking regarding the statements she made during her argument with her mother. She tells TMZ, "I told my dad a really hurtful and untruthful lie about my mom.  She was not on cocaine." She passes off the fight as a "normal" fight mothers have with daughters.  She also says she's "done" with her father Michael, and is upset that he released the phone call she made to him to the press. Lindsay adds that Michael,  "doesn't know what it means to be a father. He doesn't want to be a dad."

NAKED PHOTOS PROBABLY NOT BIEBER!

Justin Bieber is not naked on the internet. On Wednesday, Justin tweeted that someone allegedly stole “personal stuff” from his computer, and on Thursday, alleged naked pics of the 18-year-old hit the web. The photos show a male torso, with a hand holding his junk. Speculation claimed it was Justin because the male in question has a bird tattoo on his inner hip similar to the one Justin has. But insiders insist to TMZ the pictures are not the pop star.

A BACHELOR BABY!

One of the few Bachelor couples to make it down the aisle, are now about to become parents. Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney are expecting their first child together. As most Bachelor fans know, Mesnick famously dumped fiancée Melissa Rycroft in favor of Malaney. Their February, 2010, wedding was later televised. The child, who is due in March, will be the first for Malaney, the second for Mesnick. He has a seven year old son, Ty, from a previous relationship.

ROBERTS HOME FROM HOSPITAL!

Robin Roberts is finally home from the hospital. “There is no place like home. After 30 days in the hospital I am home,” the Good Morning America host, who had a bone marrow transplant last month, wrote on Twitter. Roberts says she’ll be off GMA, “until I’m given the all clear,” but is optimistic that day will come soon. "Each day I get stronger and stronger," she writes on her blog. "I am fond of saying, 'This too shall pass.' And even in some dark moments, of which there are still a few, I now see that light at the end of the tunnel. This too really shall pass."

EX BUBBA EMPLOYEE LEAKED HULK TAPE!

Hulk Hogan wants to know who leaked his sex tape, and Radaronline thinks they know who it is. While reports claim Hogan’s buddy Bubba The Love Sponge (whose wife is Hulk’s sex tape partner) was behind the footage, he didn’t actually leak it. Radaronline claims one of Bubba’s disgruntled former employees leaked the tape. Apparently, Bubba angered lots of people when he left Sirius XM for terrestrial radio, leaving an unpaid staff behind. Bubba had reportedly shared the tape with some of those employees and one of them released it because he or she “wanted payback.”

AFFLECK STILL IN TOUCH WITH J.LO!

Ben Affleck has moved on from his tabloid-filled time with Jennifer Lopez, but that doesn’t mean his ex-fiancée is completely out of his life. In an interview with the Hollywood Reporter, Ben, whose new movie Argo opens today, says he still keeps in touch with J.Lo. “We don’t have the kind of relationship where she relies on me for advice,” said Ben. “But we do have the kind of relationship where there’ll be an email saying, ‘oh, your movie looks great.’” He adds, “I touch base. I respect her. I like her. She’s put up with some stuff that was unfair in her life and I’m really pleased to see her successful.”

MAD MEN CO-STARS COME OUT AS COUPLE!

Mad Men co-stars Vincent Kartheiser and Alexis Bledel stepped out for the first time as a couple earlier this week. The two stars met on the set of the AMC series when Bledel played a depressed housewife who has a fling with Kartheiser’s character, Pete Campbell. The pair walked the red carpet together Wednesday at the launch of the Macallan Masters of Photography collection in New York.

Demi Moore is not very happy that her ex Ashton Kutcher has found love again with his good friend Mila Kunis. “She’s not psyched about Ashton and Mila,” a Moore source tells Us Weekly. “She was always insecure over the course of her marriage. So yeah, it's hurtful that he's with someone he knew the whole time he was with her." Meanwhile, Ashton and Demi have yet to finalize their divorce, and insiders say it’s because they’re still working out a financial arrangement. Sources say Ashton is “so cheap,” despite making $700,000 an episode for Two and a Half Men, and “he’s trying to get the best deal he can.”

STEWART ADMITS SHE’S UNHAPPY!

Kristen Stewart is finally admitting that she’s not a very cheery person. When asked in an interview with Britain’s Marie Claire magazine what makes her happy, the Twilight star replied, “I’m a miserable c***! I’m not sure if I’m most happy when I’m comfortable and content or when I’m pushing myself to the limits.” She added, “There are such different versions of happy. And I really appreciate both.” To us it looks like she appreciates neither.

BAD NEWS BEARS ACTRESS DIES IN CAR ACCIDENT!

Sammi Kane Kraft, a real life athlete who starred in the 2005 remake of Bad News Bears, died in a car accident in Los Angeles Tuesday. She was 20.  According to CHP, Kraft was a passenger in a vehicle “traveling at a high rate of speed” on the 110 Freeway when it rear-ended a big rig and was then hit by another car.  The driver, Molly Kate Adams, suffered moderate injuries and was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.  Kraft played Amanda Whurlitzer in the 2005 Billy Bob Thornton flick. The role was played by Tatum O’Neal in the 1976 original.

LACHEY REVEALS ORIGIN OF SON’S NAME!

Nick Lachey wants everyone to know that his four-week-old son Camden was “not named after the city in New Jersey.” The 98 Degrees singer tells People magazine that he and wife Vanessa actually got the idea for the name from a street in Los Angeles. “It’s kind of a funny story. I’ve always liked the name Colin. We thought that Colin would be the name,” said Nick. “But as we got further into it, I learned that Vanessa wasn’t a big fan of the name Colin, so we started looking for another ‘C’ name.” Nick said that one day, after he and Vanessa were visiting her obstetrician on Camden Drive, he suggested, “hey, what about Camden?”  Nick explains, “We didn’t really know anyone else named Camden. It was such a neat name. We fell in love with it and decided on it five or six months ago.” But unfortunately for Nick and Vanessa, someone else beat them to it. Just four weeks before their baby was born, Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler gave their baby boy the same name.

LATOYA THREATENS SUIT OVER VANITY FAIR ARTICLE!

Janet Jackson isn’t the only one upset over  a recent Vanity Fair article detailing the immediate aftermath of Michael Jackson’s death. Earlier this week, Janet threatened to sue over the article’s claim she held up Michael’s funeral until she got back the $40,000 deposit she laid out for Michael’s plot. Well, now LaToya Jackson has fired off a cease-and-desist letter to Vanity Fair. She denies the article’s claim that in the hours after Michael’s death, she was seen loading plastic bags filled with cash into a moving van. LaToya claims the article is “replete with misstatements of fact, false innuendos and defamatory insinuations.” She says accusations she stole large sums of money from Michael’s house are lies, and is demanding a full retraction or else she’ll sue.

HANKS TO MAKE BROADWAY DEBUT!

Tom Hanks will make his Broadway debut  in Lucky Guy, the final play written by Nora Ephron. The production recounts the scandal- and graffiti-ridden New York of the 1980s, as told through the controversial tabloid columnist Mike McAlary. It will have a limited engagement at the Broadhurst Theater, with opening  night set for April 1^st, 2013, and previews beginning March 1^st..

TV TIDBITS!

œ Miley Cyrus has dropped out of Lifetime’s Bonnie & Clyde project.  The four-hour miniseries tells the real-life tale of bank robbing lovers Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow. No reason for Cyrus’ departure was given.

œ Lost’s Titus Welliver (the man in black) will join Eric Dane in the TNT drama pilot The Last Ship, about the crew of a naval destroyer who are the only survivors after a global catastrophe decimates the Earth’s population.

œ The public is going to get to see NBC’s The Munsters reboot Mockingbird Lane. Reports earlier this month claimed that despite spending $10 million on the pilot, the network had decided not to move forward with the series from Pushing Daisies creator Bryan Fuller. Well, now the network has decided to air the show as a Halloween special on Friday, October 26^th at 8 pm. It stars Jerry O’Connell as Herman Munster, Portia de Rossi as Lily Munster and Eddie Izzard as Grandpa Munster.

œ Grey’s Anatomy’s Kim Raver will star in the Lifetime pilot The Secret Lives of Wives. The series, based on Iris Krasnow’s book of the same name, explores the truth behind the marriages of four different women.

œ Men in Trees’ James Tupper has joined the NBC drama pilot The Secret Lives of Husbands and Wives (not to be confused with the Lifetime pilot mentioned above). The pilot, based on a book by Josie Brown, is described as a thriller and dramatic soap about the lingering aftermath of a murder.

œ Modern Family’s Ty Burrell and his brother Duncan have sold a sitcom to ABC. The comedy, inspired by their lives, follows two families who run the only store in a small town in Oregon.

œ Deadwood’s Ian McShane will guest star on the second season of Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story. Murphy tweeted that McShane’s character will “tussle with Jessica Lange” for two episodes. American Horror Story: Asylum premieres October 17^th on FX.

œ White Collar’s Matt Bomer will guest star on an upcoming episode of The New Normal. He’ll play the ex-boyfriend of Andrew Rannell’s character Bryan.
