COPS CALLED OVER LINDSAY/DINA FIGHT!
Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina got into a huge fight early yesterday morning that ended with cops being called to Dina’s Long Island home. TMZ claimed the argument started after the pair spent the night partying together in the Big Apple. Lindsay and Dina were in a limo headed back to Dina’s Merrick home when Lindsay called her father Michael claiming she was being kidnapped by her mother. She is also heard saying, “Dad, she’s on cocaine. She’s like touching her neck and s**t.” Dina and Lindsay’s argument was apparently over money. According to reports, Lindsay gave Dina $40,000 in order to save her mom’s home from foreclosure. But now Lindsay wants the money back. She reportedly told her dad, “She's saying disgusting things to me ... I'm dead to her now." Lindsay also told Michael, “She’s like the f**king devil right now” and said she had a gash on her leg from the incident. Michael’s 911 call described the incident as a case of domestic violence, claiming Lindsay was being held against her will by Dina and the driver. Cops took an incident report, but no arrests were made.

Teresa Giudice’s husband Joe denied he cheated on his wife during the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion special, but a source tells Radaronline he’s lying. A Georgia woman named Rosie Jones tells the site she saw Joe getting very close to a woman in Atlantic City, NJ on September 23rd. "I walked into Harrah's bar around five in the morning and saw Joe Giudice conversing with a young girl," said Rosie. "I know it wasn't Teresa. She looked more like a working girl, although I can't prove it." Rosie said she saw Joe rubbing the woman’s face and stroking her hair, before they eventually left together. Said Rosie, “Joe had his arm around the girl and as they walked off to grab a cab together I heard his friend say something like, 'Life is great.'"

Justin Bieber is the latest celebrity to be the victim of a swatting prank. TMZ reports that cops received a 911 call Tuesday night claiming someone was waving a gun next to Justin’s LA home. Cops swarmed the property but after doing a sweep nothing was found. In recent weeks, stars such as Miley Cyrus and Ashton Kutcher have been victims of similar pranks, with someone calling 911 just to get cops to rush to the homes.

Janet Jackson is denying a story in Vanity Fair magazine that claimed she delayed her brother Michael’s funeral until she was reimbursed the $40,000 deposit she had laid out to secure his plot. "Ms. Jackson never delayed the funeral in any way," her lawyer Blair G. Brown wrote in the letter sent to the magazine. "In fact, she paid for the funeral and was reimbursed for some of those expenses by Michael Jackson's estate in the year after the services took place….To falsely accuse Ms. Jackson of holding up her brother's funeral over money is outrageous." Jackson is demanding Vanity Fair publish a retraction of the statements, which the singer’s team calls “false and defamatory.”

Olivia Wilde is denying she recently made some racy comments about her sex life. Vulture reported that Wilde explained the reason for the end of her marriage to Tao Ruspoli (they divorced in 2011) by saying, “I felt like my vagina died. Turned off. Lights out.” She also allegedly talked about her current relationship with Jason Sudeikis saying she is “blissfully, hopefully, wildly in love,” and that she and her beau of nine months, “have sex like Kenyan marathon runners.” But Wilde is now saying the comments were taken out of context. They were part of a self-penned monologue which she performed at a Glamour magazine event, and says Vulture assumed she was talking about the men in her life, even though she never named names. “The ‘These Girls’ monologues at Joe’s Pub were not meant for publication, and, in context, were a celebration of LOVE, girls, and honesty,” she wrote on Twitter. “Sneaky recorders are everywhere these days, but performance art doesn’t always translate accurately to tabloid interpretation.”

The former 90210 star reveals that her fourth pregnancy was a hard one. Tori was diagnosed with a condition known as placenta previa, which lead to massive internal bleeding. She spent 10 weeks in the hospital and four months on bed rest before Finn was finally born. "When they put him in my arms I was like, 'we made it,’” said Spelling, who is also mom to 5-year-old Liam, 4-year-old Stella and 1-year-old Hattie (with husband Dean McDermott). “We have an insane bond. We've been through hell and back."

Did Richard Gere get kicked out of a Long Island restaurant for flirting with a woman? Well, the New York Post reports that over the weekend, Gere, who is married to actress Carey Lowell, was paying a bit too much attention to a blonde woman at Nick and Toni’s restaurant in East Hampton, which angered the woman’s husband. “(Gere) kept staring at this woman. Her husband seemed agitated by it,” a source told the paper. The annoyed hubby reportedly told Gere to “get the f*** out of here.” But Gere denies the Post’s version of the incident. “Reality is, he was at a table with his agents and their wives,” said his spokesperson. “On his way out, he stopped to say hi to the people at that table, and joked with the people briefly before leaving.”

Beyonce has dropped out of Clint Eastwood’s remake of A Star is Born. The R&B star blamed her departure on scheduling issues, explaining, “for months we tried to coordinate our schedules to bring this remake to life but it was just not possible. Hopefully in the future we’ll get a chance to work together.” Internet rumors are also suggesting Clint’s anti-Obama speech at the RNC may have been an issue as well, since both Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z are huge supporters of President Obama. Clint reportedly plans to replace Beyonce with Grammy-winning jazz musician Esperanza Spalding.

Jack Osbourne got married on Sunday, and then saved a life on Monday. The reality star’s new wife Lisa Stelly revealed on Twitter that Jack and his friend came to the rescue of a swimmer in Hawaii, who was having a heart attack. “Really proud of Jack and his friend Tyler who saved a woman on the beach yesterday who’d had a heart attack and nearly drowned,” Tweeted Lisa. “They resuscitated her until the ambulance came. We just found out she’s in a stable condition! Awesome!”
WEBSTER STAR DIES AT 77
Alex Karras, the former NFL star who rose to TV fame on the 80s series Webster, died yesterday morning. The 77-year-old actor had recently suffered kidney failure and died at his home in Los Angeles surrounded by family. Karras had also been suffering from dementia, and is one of more than 3,500 NFL players suing the NFL regarding the league’s treatment of head injuries. In addition to Webster, Karras also appeared in the 1974 comedy Blazing Saddles.
CBS CANCELS FIRST SHOW OF FALL SEASON…PLUS OTHER TV TIDBITS!
CBS has the first casualty of the fall season. The network has pulled the drama Made in Jersey from the schedule. Starting November 2nd, Undercover Boss will join the Friday lineup at 8 pm, with CSI: NY moving to Jersey’s old timeslot of 9 pm.
CNN’s Willie Geist will officially join the Today show on November 12th. He’ll join Natalie Morales and Al Roker as co-hosts of the morning program’s 9 am hour.
ABC Family has announced that The Secret Life of the American Teenager will end after its fifth season. The final twelve episodes will begin airing in March.
The New Adventures of Old Christine’s Hamish Linklater has landed a role on CBS’s The Good Wife. He’ll play David, an employee of the Department of Justice. TV Line says it is possible the part could turn into a recurring role.
Lifetime has renewed Dance Moms for a third season.
Former Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane will headline the TNT action drama pilot The Last Ship, executive produced by Michael Bay. The Last Ship centers on the crew of a naval destroyer who are the only survivors after a global catastrophe decimates the earth’s population.
The seventh season of USA Network’s Psych will premiere Wednesday, February 27th at 10 pm.

The Descendants’Shailene Woodley is in talks to play Mary Jane Watson in the sequel to The Amazing Spider-Man. The role was previously played by Kirsten Dunst in the Tobey MaguireSpidey trilogy. Since Emma Stone is returning to play Gwen Stacy, it appears the sequel may involve a love triangle between Peter Parker, played by Andrew Garfield, and his two women.
Uma Thurman will join Shia LaBeouf, Stellan Skarsgard, Jamie Bell, and Charlotte Gainsbourg in Lars von Trier’s pornographic drama Nymphomaniac.
