MAN ARRESTED FOR ASSAULTING LINDSAY LOHAN/CHARGES DROPPED!
Lindsay Lohan always plays the victim, but for once she actually is. The Mean Girls star called the police early Sunday morning after she was assaulted in her New York hotel room. According to TMZ, Lohan met a man named Christian LaBella at the nightclub 1 Oak, and he later joined Lindsay and her friends at her hotel room. When Lindsay noticed LaBella had taken over 50 photos and some video of her on his phone and was emailing them to friends, she confronted him and he threw her on the bed, causing Lindsay to scratch her hands. Lindsay then ran out of the room, but when she returned Lohan says LaBella attacked her, chocked her, threw her to the ground and then climbed on top of her. A friend pulled him off, and Lindsay pulled a fire alarm to get help. Cop arrived and arrested LaBella on two misdemeanor counts of assault and two counts of harassment. The charges were later dropped. Said a spokesperson, “No one’s getting arrested, no one has to go to court, and that’s the end of it.”

Lindsay Lohan is not very happy with Dr. Phil. Last month, Lindsay’s mother Dina made a fool of herself during a bizarre appearance on Dr. Phil’s show, with some people speculating she may have been drunk. Well, like Lindsay always does, she’s blaming someone else for the incident, this time Dr. Phil. “Dr. Phil, you should be ashamed of yourself,” she Tweeted over the weekend. “What kind of man takes advantage of a woman at her most vulnerable state. YOU are the fraud.”

Anne Hathaway is officially off the market. The Dark Knight Rises star wed her boyfriend of four years Adam Shulman Saturday in Big Sur, California. The couple tied the knot in a sunset ceremony, in front of about 180 guests. Anne, 31, who next stars in the big screen version of Les Miserables, wore a Valentino Garavani designed gown, while her bridesmaids wore dresses by the same designer. The pair, who began dating in November 2008, got engaged last November.

So You Think Yu Can Dance host Cat Deeley got hitched over the weekend. Deeley married Irish comedian and TV host Patrick Kielty in Rome on Saturday. The couple has been friends for a long time, but only began dating a year ago.

Arnold Schwarzenegger appeared on 60 Minutes last night, where he plugged his new memoir Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story, and opened up about cheating on his wife Maria Shriver. "I think it was the stupidest thing I've done in the whole relationship,” Arnold told Lesley Stahl. “It was terrible. I inflicted tremendous pain on Maria and unbelievable pain on the kids." Arnold was, of course, talking about his fling with the family’s housekeeper Mildred Baena, which resulted in a son named Joseph, who is now 14. The actor also admits in the book that he had an affair with his Red Sonja co-star Brigitte Nielsen while he was living with Maria. He claims the fling helped him realize he wanted to marry Maria. Arnold told 60 Minutes that Maria has yet to read the book. Said Arnold, "She knows that it's about my whole life and that I would not write a book and kind of leave out that part and make people feel like, 'Well, wait a minute. Are we just getting a book about his success stories and not talk about his failures?' ... I wanted to write a book about me." And not only is the book about him, it's for him as well. TMZ claims that Arnold has already told Maria that all the profits from the autobiography are his and she will not be getting any piece of it.

COURTS WERE CONCERNED OVER LEWIS BEHAVIOR!
Court records show that in the last year, probation officers expressed concerns over the mental health of Sons of Anarchy actor Johnny Lewis, who died last week after beating his landlord to death. In the last ten months, Lewis had been arrested multiple times, and four months ago a probation officer said he was “very concerned for the well-being of not only the community but that of the defendant.” Following his arrests, Lewis had been sent to treatment programs that specialized in drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental illness. A report in May stated that Lewis, “suffers from some form of chemical dependency, mental health issue and lack of permanent housing. Given this, (Lewis) will continue to be a threat to any community he may reside.” And another probation officer wrote, “Obviously defendant’s behavior is out of control and needs counseling by a professional.” Sources tell TMZ Lewis was “mentally healthy” until some point earlier this year, when he had an experience with an undisclosed drug that triggered “a psychotic break” that he never recovered from. And E! reports that in addition to dealing with drug addiction, mental illness and unemployment, Lewis was in the midst of a custody battle. Sources say the actor had a child, possibly a daughter, with a woman sometime in 2010.

Last week Life & Style magazine claimed Tom Cruise was dating Cameron Diaz, but a rep for the actor has shot down the story. “It’s false,” said Cruise’s rep. “They are friends.” Cruise and Diaz have worked together on two films, 2001’s Vanilla Sky and 2010’s Knight and Day.

A spokesperson for the Royal Family says there are no plans to sue The Sun for publishing naked pictures of Prince Harry taken in Las Vegas in August. "We remain of the opinion that a hotel room is a private space where its occupants would have a reasonable expectation of privacy," the St. James' Palace spokesperson said. "Prince Harry is currently focused entirely on his deployment in Afghanistan, so to pursue a complaint relating to his private life would not be appropriate at this time and would prove to be a distraction." The spokesperson added, "We have concluded that it would not be prudent to pursue the matter further, and we will have no further comment to make about the matter." Meanwhile, a Dutch magazine last week published new photos of Kate Middleton which show her naked from the waist down.

LeAnn Rimes has made her first public appearance since announcing back in August that she was going to rehab for emotional issues. On Thursday, LeAnn joined hubby Eddie Cibrian and his sons Mason and Jake for the Batman Live! premiere in Los Angeles. She later tweeted, “Incredible show!!! Batman was fab!”

Anderson Cooper felt bad about how he treated Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice last week. On his talk show Wednesday, Anderson called Teresa “a bully,” but then brought her back the next day to apologize. "After I did that interview someone in the audience got involved, it was a teacher, she said to me that I had been rude and I always listen to teachers," he said. "It got me thinking and it made me really sad that I would have been rude because I didn't want to be rude. I hate rudeness. Honestly all day long I was worried that I was rude. I was like popping Nexium because I had heartburn because the idea of being rude so upsets me." He also called his actions “weird” and “aggressive.” Giudice accepted his apology.

An old photo of what appears to be Brooke Shields smoking pot hit the internet last week. The pic, posted by someone named David Hill, shows Brooke in her late teens or early twenties, inhaling from a pipe while sitting next to H.R., vocalist of the hardcore punk band Bad Brains. Although the pic definitely looks like Brooke, a rep for the model insists it isn’t her.

RICHARDS LEARNED LESSON FROM STAND-UP INCIDENT!
Former Seinfeld star Michael Richards says he learned a valuable lesson after his infamous N-word laced tirade hit the internet back in 2006. Richards opened up about the incident during Jerry Seinfeld’s Crackle TV show, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. "I should have been working selflessly that evening…I blew it in the comedy club and lost my temper because somebody interrupted my act and said some things that hurt me and I lashed out in anger,” he said. “I took it too personally ... and I should have just said, 'Yeah you're absolutely right. I'm not funny ... I'll go home work on my material and I'll see you tomorrow night.'" Richards added that he was so “busted up” after the incident that he hasn’t performed stand-up since. He also thanked Jerry for supporting him saying it “meant a lot to me.”

THE DARK KNIGHT RISES ON DVD IN TIME FOR XMAS!
Christopher Nolan’s final Batman movie The Dark Knight Rises will be released on Blu-ray combo pack, DVD and digital download December 4th. It will also be available in a limited edition Blu-ray Bat Cowl collectible package. The combo pack will feature a documentary about the Batmobile, as well as an in-depth look at how the film was made.

Real Housewives of Orange County’s Vicki Gunvalson is a grandma. Vicki’s daughter Briana Wolfsmith gave birth to a baby boy on Friday, Troy William Culberson. This is the first child for the 24-year-old and her husband Ryan Culberson. The couple eloped in Las Vegas in October 2011.

Andrew Garfield and director Marc Webb have signed on to return for the sequel to The Amazing Spider-Man, with Emma Stone in talks for the film as well. The movie will hit theaters May 2, 2014.

Kirstie Alley is coming back to series television. The actress, who is currently competing on Dancing with the Stars: All Stars, will star in a new pilot for TV Land called Giant Baby. She’ll play a Broadway star who reunites with the 26-year-old son she gave up for adoption.
Downton Abbey writer Julian Fellowes had revealed he’s planning to write a prequel to his hit show. Speaking at a British Academy of Film and Television screenwriters’ lecture, Fellowes said the prequel will center on how the Earl and Countess of Grantham, played by Hugh Bonneville and Elizabeth McGovern, first met. A pair of younger actors will play the couple in the new series, which won’t air until the end of Downton Abbey.
Joel McHale is sticking with The Soup. The comedian, who also stars in NBC’s Community, has signed on to host the E! clip show for at least two more seasons, which will be the show’s 10th and 11th. He also signed a deal with E! to create his own non-scripted series.
Ryan Murphy announced on Twitter Friday that Nicole Richie and Star Trek’sGeorge Takei have landed roles on his new NBC sitcom The New Normal. The show revolves around a gay couple and the surrogate their hire to have their baby. Details on Richie and Takei’s characters were not released.
Disney has announced that Selena Gomez has signed on to star in and executive produce a one-hour Wizards of Waverly Place reunion special, which will air in early 2013. Stars Jake T. Austin, Jennifer Stone, Maria Canals-Barrera, David DeLuise, and Gregg Sulkin will reprise their roles as well. The finale of Wizards aired this past January.
TNT has ordered a third season of Franklin & Bash.
