According to Us Weekly, in the end, Pattinson just couldn’t get past Kristen’s infidelity. “All this stuff came up. LOHAN SUED OVER FAILED CLOTHING LINE

Lindsay Lohan is being sued for $5 million by a clothing company that says her bad reputation ruined their business.   In January, Lindsay sued D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries claiming she allowed them to manufacture products for her 6126 clothing line, and they failed to pay her a licensing fee. She was seeking $1.1 million. But the company is now fighting back, and filed a counterclaim last week. They insist she’s the reason the business fell apart, suggesting they couldn’t sell her 6126 clothes to high-end retailers because no one would touch her brand due to her “drug-addled image.” They are suing her for breach of contract and fraud, asking for $5 million.

PITT HAS NO FRIENDS BUT COULDN’T BE HAPPIER

Brad Pitt has a loving fiancée, and a house full of kids, but apparently he doesn’t have very many buddies. “I have very few friends,” he tells Esquire magazine, although he doesn’t seem too upset about it. “I have a handful of close friends and I have my family and I haven’t known life to be any happier.” Of course, with six kids and Angelina Jolie, Pitt is definitely not lonely. “I always thought that if I wanted to do a family, I wanted to do it big," he says. "There's constant chatter in our house, whether it's giggling or screaming or crying or banging. I love it." He adds, "I hate it when they're gone. I hate it. McCARTHY FIRES EXTRA ON MOVIE SET

Melissa McCarthy may be a successful actress, but she’s also a mom, and proved which was more important while shooting her new movie Tammy. TMZ reports that the Mike & Molly star, who is directing the flick along with husband Ben Falcone, fired an extra after she witnessed the woman mistreating her child. The site claims the twentysomething female extra had brought the toddler along for the shoot, and had been having a tough time with the child all day. In fact, the extra was disciplining the kid so much it began to disrupt production. But Melissa finally had enough after she saw the mom harshly jerk the child up in the air by the waist. She immediately had the woman bounced from the set, saying she would not tolerate such behavior.

BARBARA WALTERS’ DAUGHTER BUSTED FOR DUI

Barbara Walters’ daughter Jacqueline Danforth, 44, was arrested for DUI Sunday in Naples, Florida. According to TMZ, Danforth was stopped after cops received a report about an SUV on the highway with its lights off. Cops say Danforth and her male passenger both appeared extremely intoxicated, and after officers put the man in handcuffs, Jackie grabbed at one of them and “began shouting.” According to the police report, officers were worried she might run into traffic, so she had to be “taken to the ground” and “secured in handcuffs.” She then took a breathalyzer and blew more than twice the legal limit. Danforth was then booked for DUI and later released on bail.

Simon Cowell made it official yesterday - Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio will join him and Demi Lovato on the X Factor judging panel.   “It’s taken more than a decade but I’m delighted to finally be on a panel with three girls (I think!),” said Cowell in a statement. “Paulina and Kelly both have great taste and massive experience in the music industry and together with Demi, this is going to be a fun panel. It just feels like the time to do something different.” Both Kelly and Paulina have previous judging experience. Kelly worked with Cowell on the UK version of X Factor in 2011, while Paulina was a coach on Mexico’s The Voice in 2012. The pair replace L.A. Reid and Britney Spears who left after last season.

Ray Manzarek, keyboardist of legendary rock band The Doors, died Monday in Germany after a long battle with bile duct cancer. He was 74. Manzarek, who formed the band in 1965 with Jim Morrison, died at the RoMed Clinic in Rosenheim Germany, with his family by his side. "I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of my friend and bandmate Ray Manzarek today," said Doors guitarist Robby Krieger in a statement. "I'm just glad to have been able to have played Doors songs with him for the last decade. Ray was a huge part of my life and I will always miss him."

TEEN MOM JENELLE ARRESTED

Teen Mom Jenelle Evans was back behind bars yesterday, after skipping out on a court appearance. The 21-year-old was supposed to be in a North Carolina yesterday courtroom for a hearing regarding cyber stalking charges brought by her ex-boyfriend Gary Head. When she didn’t turn up, a warrant was issued for her arrest. Jenelle eventually turned herself in and was taken into custody. She then paid $1000 bail and was released.

Looks like Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are on good terms again, but their friend Taylor Swift may not be too thrilled about it. Cameras caught Justin and Selena getting close backstage at the Billboard Music Awards Sunday. Justin was seen putting his arm around his on-again/off-again girlfriend and then planting a kiss on her cheek. Well, not long after Taylor walked by and showed her disapproval by sticking her tongue out. Meanwhile, Justin may have been a big winner at the Billboard awards but he didn’t get the audience reaction he expected. According to the New York Post, Lucia Hwong Gordon suspected her live-in nanny Raquel Santos had been stealing from her and when she questioned Santos, the nanny admitted she took the items and pawned them. Lucia wasn’t sure she wanted to press charges, but Ramona talked her into it. “Ramona said she needed to speak up before the woman victimized another family,” said a source. Ramona then suggested Lucia offer to buy back the stolen goods, and when Santos showed up with them, cops were there to nab her. “I’m thrilled justice was served,” said Ramona. “My friend showed strength and perseverance.”

SNL STAR CONFIRMS SUDEIKIS' EXIT

Although Jason Sudeikis has not confirmed the rumors that Saturday was his last Saturday Night Live, his co-star may have. Bill Hader and Fred Armisen previously announced this was their last season, and on Sunday, comedian Jay Pharoah seemed to add Sudeikis to that list, tweeting “Hader, Armisen & Sudekis (sic) the talent of those three and just them as people in general will be missed but we will be strong and carry on." CHAD JOHNSON ARRESTED

Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson was arrested in Florida yesterday for violating his probation from his 2012 domestic violence bust. Johnson appeared in court after a warrant was issued for his arrest. He reportedly failed to report to his probation officer on two occasions and failed to prove he had enrolled in a domestic violence education class. He was immediately taken into custody. Johnson was convicted last year of attacking his now ex-wife Evelyn Lozada.
