Luna is the sweetest of pups. She is shy at first because her and her sister spent the first 5 months of their lives with barely any human contact. It takes Luna some time to warm up to new people, but once she gets comfortable, she is a very playful pup. The past few months she has gotten to spend more and more time with humans. She has now learned that humans are very lovable and fun to play with. Luna also thinks dogs and children are just has loving and playful. She has not had a previous home with cats, so she is unsure of how she feels about them at the moment.
Luna is an adorable Hound Mix. She is just over a year old and just about fully grown at 61 pounds. She will not grow much more, if at all. Being only a year old, she still has the puppy energy. She will require a family that can exercise and play with her daily as well as lots of socialization. Luna’s training is in the process. She is working on becoming house, crate, and leash trained. Given Luna’s history, patience is key during her training process. She will need a proper training regimen and will need her family to give her time to adjust to her new home.
