I was in Tampa last week on vacation...and when I'm on vacation, the last thing I'm doing is watching the news so I had no idea this even happened...but up the coast in Panama City Beach, about 20 people formed a human chain to save a little girl from downing in the Gulf of Mexico!
First they saved the girl, but because the water was so rough, a few people from the human chain got stuck and they had to be rescued! THANKFULLY, everyone is alright! Check out the first hand video below and read more here!
