NYE looks different this year...here are some fun and safe ways to celebrate in our state!
First Night in Hartford!
This year, First Night Hartford is promoting pandemic safety with a free virtual New Year’s Eve celebration. Instead of the typical fireworks and in-person events, we’ll bring the music, dancing, crafts—and more!—right to your home. We have an amazing lineup of activities planned, complete with a 10-hour live broadcast and Zoom workshops throughout the day. And for some extra fun at home, you can order a First Night party kit ahead of time here.
The festivities start at 2pm, and everything will be right on (FirstNightHartford.org), where they’ll have a special page set up for the big day.
Holiday Light Fantasia
Holiday Light Fantasia is a much loved Greater Hartford tradition and this season's destination. The 2-mile show transforms Goodwin Park into a drive-through wonderland of holiday spirit with a beautiful collection of over 1 million lights.
