Peach is appropriately named for her coloring, or for perhaps the fine fuzziness of her coat. She’s equally as delicate as the fragile fruit, preferring quiet and slow introductions over a barrage of attention. Peach makes friends according to her own timeline but she has proven to her foster family that she’s capable of becoming a devoted and docile furry companion if left to her own schedule.
Food helps expedite Peach’s process. She’s enthusiastic about doing the dishes (licking all bowls and spoons clear of cat food) and is a prompt alarm clock in the morning for petting and feeding time. Adopters who know that a way to the heart is through the belly will understand our Peach.
We know that Peach is perfectly positioned to be a faithful friend. All she needs is the right person. Like the farmer who knows she must wait for the harvest, Peach’s ideal adopter is someone who understands that good things cannot be rushed.
