Farmington Pizza Shop Makes Bringing Free Pizza To Drs And Nurses

Shout out to my pal Tony Terzi for covering this!

A Farmington pizza shop owner is showing his appreciation for the doctors and nurses working to fight the coronavirus outbreak with pizza. Kurt Kruczek, owner of Naples Pizza, is delivering free pies to the UCONN Medical Center as a thank you.

Naples, like many businesses, is suffering the ill effects of this virus, but had plenty of dough...not the green kind. So, why let it go to waste!

He says he plans to keep feeding the doctors and nurses once a week and encourages other restaurants to do the same. Kruczek says many restaurants are struggling right now and he hopes people will support small local businesses like his to keep them going.

"So, anything that people can do – buy some gift cards, buy some food, send it to the hospitals – will keep everybody happy," he explains..
