Today is Miracle Treat Day at Dairy Queen...

Participating Dairy Queen locations will donate at least $1 from each Blizzard sold to Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.  Last year Dairy Queens together raised over $62,000 for Connecticut Children’s Medical Center which goes to support things such as research, equipment, patient care, technology, medical supplies and child life.  Last Year, the Plainville Dairy Queen  raised over $36,000 and were one of the top ten fund-raising locations in the nation. This year their goal is $40,000!

Connecticut Children's Medical Center is a nationally recognized children's hospital serving as the primary teaching hospital for the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.
